L’Elsässischer Turnerbund, devenue en 1918 l’Avant-garde du Rhin, avait pour principe de faire des sportifs de bons catholiques et de bons patriotes. Cet objectif rejoignait en théorie celui de la Fédération gymnastique et sportive des patronages de France à laquelle elle était affiliée depuis la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale. Très vite cependant elle se distingua par sa volonté farouche de préserver son identité régionale et sa conception fédéraliste de la nation.

Posthumanistinen ajattelu pyrkii käsitteelliseen uudistamiseen, jotta tunnistaisimme paremmin ne suhteellisuudet, joiden varassa ja lomassa ihmisten elämä ja merkitykset muotoutuvat – ja ne historiat, joissa ihminen on muotoutunut erilliseksi. AimsDuring pregnancy, fetal cells can migrate to the mother via blood circulation. A percentage of these cells survive in maternal tissues for decades generating a population of fetal microchimeric cells (fMCs), whose biological role is unclear. The role of regional competitiveness in shaping the heterogeneous impact of the Great Recession

This paper assesses the employment resilience of 202 European regions to the Great Recession by investigating the role of regional competitiveness. By using the regional shift component derived from a multiple bases shift–share analysis of employment change as a measure of regional endogenous employment growth, we show that pre‐crisis regional competitiveness determinants are associated with positive performances during the crisis period. However, the variables considered explain well the different vulnerability of the economies, but less convincingly the ability to recover. Przestrzenna metoda przesunięć udziałów stanowi alternatywę klasycznej analizy shift-share, w której nie jest uwzględnione geograficzne położenie rozważanych regionów. Wiele zachodzących zjawisk, ich rozwój czy też kierunki zmian są bowiem uzależnione od przestrzennych interakcji zachodzących pomiędzy sąsiadującymi regionami. Model przestrzennej analizy shift-share został wprowadzony do badań przez Nazarę i Hewingsa. Testing and implementing a new approach to estimating interregional output multipliers using input-output data for South Korean regions

Flegg's location quotient (FLQ) is a useful tool for estimating intraregional output multipliers. This paper uses it as one component when estimating interregional multipliers. Using statistical information criteria and official data for 16 South Korean regions, it is found that the best approach is to combine the FLQ with a simple trade model. The paper explains how the proposed procedure can be implemented for both multiple and individual regions, and also how a region-specific value for the unknown parameter δ in the FLQ formula can be determined. Finally, an illustrative case study of one of the regions is carried out.

The essay concerns the involvement of Regional Legislators in the implementation of National Recovery and Resilience Plan («Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza»), considering regulatory simplification measures programmed by the Plan.
