This research focuses on the EU regional policy and presents a critical analysis of its influence on the urban regeneration process of the Portuguese city of Porto. A particular attention is drawn to the historic centre area which in 1996 was formally recognised by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Esistono verbi sintagmatici nel dialetto e nell'italiano regionale di Sicilia?

Il contributo propone una indagine sulla vitalità diacronica dei verbi con particella nel siciliano e nella varietà di italiano regionale di Sicilia al fine di avere dati che possano smentire l'ipotesi di una presenza di queste strutture nell'italiano per il tramite dei dialetti settentrionali. Il corpus su cui si basa l'indagine sono tratti dalla scripta in siciliano antico dei secc. XIV e XV e dalle produzioni di parlato dell'Atlante Linguistico della Sicilia. La ricerca dimostra per la prima volta la presenza di queste strutture già nel siciliano antico e pone l'accento sulle differenze nell'uso con quanto avviene in italiano.

Building a versatile portfolio of public and private digital-enabled services is vital in rural and sparsely populated regions, where traditional market mechanisms alone cannot guarantee the availability of essential services. We explore the current situation in a viticultural region in Eastern Spain from a holistic and multifaceted research approach, which allowed us to understand the biophysical conditions, economic cost, social impact, and perception of the farmers’ community to the use of catch crops. A survey of the perception of the farmers, and an assessment of the biophysical impact of catch crops (CC) and tillage (C = Control plot) on soil organic matter, bulk density, infiltration capacity (single ring infiltrometer), and runoff generation and soil erosion (rainfall simulation experiments) was carried out.
