Relationship among Perceived Dynamism, Technological Posture and Innovation Performance

A main strategic election for a firm is its technological posture, which can be understood as its propensity to innovate and the moment for the introduction of technological changes into the market. This paper, which focuses on the renewable energy industry in Spain, establishes that in environments in which dynamism is understood by managers as high, and the appreciation of change is greater, firms develop a greater tendency towards technological leadership postures (pioneer or first-mover strategy) rather than conservative or follower postures (last-mover strategy). El presente artículo analiza, a partir de la documentación, el palacio del obispo de Tortosa don Alfonso de Aragón, edificado en la calle Caballeros de la ciudad de Valencia en el quicio de los siglos XV al XVI. Las obras incluyen la remodelación de las fachadas y la escalera del patio, asi como la decoración de las salas interiores con una de las más tempranas muestras de motivos "a la romana". (A)

Poliprenoli (PP) ir izdalīti no augiem, tai skaitā, no skujkokiem. To ietekme uz centrālās nervu sistēmas (CNS) procesiem ir ļoti maz pētīta. Ir zināms, ka gan PP, gan holesterols un doliholi veidojas caur mevalonskābes atkarīgiem ceļiem (MVA) ar 3-hidroksi-3-metilglutaril-koenzīma A reduktāzes palīdzību. Šo enzīmu inhibē holesterola biosintēzes inhibītori statīni, kuru ilgstoša lietošana slimniekiem nelabvēlīgi ietekmē kognitīvās funkcijas (Schilling et al., 2014). Darba mērķis bija noteikt PP, atorvastatīna (AT), kā arī to kombinācijas ietekmi uz izmēģinājuma dzīvnieku (žurku) vispārējo aktivitāti, atmiņas procesiem un sāpju slieksni. Il saggio prende le mosse dalla concezione dell'arte espressa da Arthur Schopenhauer nel "Mondo come volontà e rappresentazione" (1818; IIa ed. 1844), soffermandosi in maniera particolare sul Capitolo 52 e sull'idea di un'interpretazione metafisica della musica. Tale ipotesi viene messa in rapporto con l'esperienza compositiva di Richard Wagner a partire dalla concezione del "Ring des Nibelungen" e con particolare riferimento al linguaggio armonico di "Tristan und isolde". In nota viene riportato il frammento di una lettera di Richard Wagner ad Arthur Schopenhauer, databile intorno al 1857.

The KAM technique was first introduced to deal with small denominator problems appearing in perturbation of invariant tori in classical mechanics [1, 2]. Similar methods were later applied to many different problems, like e.g. eigenvalue problems for time dependent problems in the Floquet representation [3, 4, 5, 6]. Abstract Spot form of net blotch (SFNB), caused by Pyrenophora teres f. maculata is a prevalent and damaging foliar disease of barley (Hordeum vulgare). Fungicides are commonly used to manage SFNB infection and reduce production loss in susceptible varieties. This study determined the efficacy of suppression of SFNB and associated grain yield and quality improvements from application of fungicides to seed, fertiliser and/or foliar treatments.
