Su un caso di mola vescicolare ricorrente con malattia trofoblastica persistente

Viene riportato il caso di una paziente di 30 anni, nullipara, con terza mola vescicolare consecutiva, trattata con tre revisioni di cavità e tre cicli di chemioterapia con methotrexate per malattia trofoblasti-ca persistente. Sono discussi gli attuali orientamenti sulla patogenesi delle forme familiari ricorrenti e la possibile terapia per quelle pazienti con mola ricorrente che non siano portatrici di anomalie genetiche specifiche.

Wave dynamics and turbulence in multimode optical systems

The subject of this thesis essentially focuses on the experimental and theoretical study of optical turbulence in different types of nonlinear media. The first part of the manuscript is devoted to the study of thermalization and condensation of optical waves during their propagation in graded-index multimode fibers. The analysis based on the wave turbulence theory reveals that the disorder inherent to light propagation in an optical fiber induces a significant acceleration of the process of optical thermalization, which can clarify the mechanism of certain regimes of spatial beam cleaning recently reported in the literature. Utilization of cysteine derivatives for parenteral nutrition was established by means of nitrogen balance of growing rats. N,N-bis-acetylcystine and bisacetyl-glycyl-cystine were not utilized as substrates. N-acetylcysteine, glutathione disulfide, and L-thiazolidine-(4)-carboxylic acid gave evidence as suitable cysteine sources for parenteral nutrition.

The use of organic phosphates to avoid calcium phosphate precipitation in parenteral nutrition mixtures has been proposed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the stability of total parenteral nutrition admixtures containing glucose-1-phosphate or glycerol phosphate as the phosphate source over 3 days.
