Taller impartido en la Biblioteca de Ciències Socials "Gregori Maians" sobre búsqueda de indicios de calidad en las revistas científicas con vistas a la convocatoria de la CNEAI de 2015. En el taller se buscan indicios de calidad en JCR, SJR así como en otras herramientas de evaluación como SPI, RESH, CIRC 2.0, Carhus+, MIAR, Latindex, Dialnet, Google Scholar Metrics, etc. Por último, se busca el número de citas recibidas en WoS, Scopus y Google Sccholar.

This study aims to analyse the Ahlstrom annual reports. The content analysis contributes to family business corporate identity. According to the results family business corporate identity is based both on history and on the future. Human resource management, customer relationships, high quality, and also family ownership reflect corporate identity in large family corporations. Modern family business corporate identity is based on continuously developing the business concept and its core competency. Meeting the needs of customers and technical quality standards combined with upgrading and developing the business idea characterises family business corporate identity. peerReviewed
The relation between social identity and test anxiety in university students

Social identification has been shown to be a protective resource for mental health. In this study, the relationships between social identification and emotional, as well as cognitive symptoms of test anxiety are investigated. Participants were university students diagnosed with test anxiety ( N = 108). They completed questionnaires regarding a range of psychopathologic stress symptoms, and their social identification with fellow students and with their study program. The purpose of this study was to find out if it is possible to improve the case organisation’s corporate social responsibility reporting by involving stakeholders. The research was conducted as a case study in Helen Ltd, a Finnish energy utility, and it focuses on the stakeholder views of the case company. The frame of reference for the study is stakeholder theory. The literature review focuses especially on the role of stakeholder involvement in corporate social responsibility reporting. Transformation of proliferative verrucous leukoplakia to oral carcinoma: a ten years follow-up

Los autores presentan un caso de leucoplasia verrugosa proliferativa (LVP) en varón de 78 años de edad. Fue inicialmente presentado como un caso de leucoplasia en lengua pero un estudio microscópico en 1991 reveló la presencia de displasia epitelial leve. Tras 5 años de seguimiento, la lesión sufrió cambios de tamaño y localización y tuvo comportamiento recidivante. En 1996, un área eritematosa granular e indurada que apareció en lengua resultó ser un carcinoma de células escamosas microinvasivo cuando se estudió microscópicamente. Infections are increasingly considered as potential trigger for carcinogenesis apart from risk factors like alcohol and tobacco. The discussion about human papilloma virus (HPV) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) points at a general role of infection for the development of oral carcinomas. Furthermore, first studies describe a correlation between chronic periodontitis and OSCC, thus, characterizing chronic inflammation as being a possible trigger for OSCC. Projektu vadība ir iefiltrējusies daudzās biznesa jomās, tomēr projektu pārskats kā žanrs nav bijis pilnvērtīgi izpētīts. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt projektu pārskatu žanru veicot retorisko posmu un soļu analīzi un apskatot laika aspektu formas katrā retoriskajā posmā. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tika veikta žanra analīze korpusam, kurš sastāvēja no 50 nejauši izvēlētiem projektu pārskatiem no Kopienas Pētniecības un attīstības informācijas dienesta (Community Research and Development Informative Service) (CORDIS) datubāzes.
