RESUMEN: Este artículo presenta un estudio sobre la influencia del uso didáctico y científico de las representaciones gráficas cartesianas en la ejecución que hacen los estudiantes de las tareas propias de tres niveles de comprensión gráfica. Los resultados muestran que el uso didáctico instrumental influye negativamente en la ejecución de las tareas de los niveles de comprensión explícita y conceptual de los estudiantes con formación en ciencias y en el nivel de comprensión implícita de los estudiantes sin esta formación. The Linky french Smart Meter, which use contributes to ECR, is confronted to many controversies reflecting the social legitimation at stake which underlies its evaluation. This article proposes to study privacy paradox regarding Linky Smart Meter use, mobilizing the conceptual background of consumer psychological empowerment. The proposal aims to highlight the semiotic elements of the discourse that refer to the symbolic ones of representations, and that transform the therapy in an exercise of professional dominion aimed to modify the perception of the self of the female patient through the subversion of specific emotional script. Phenomenal theories of consciousness assert that consciousness is based on specific neural correlates in the brain, which can be separated from all cognitive functions we can perform. If so, the search for robot consciousness seems to be doomed. By contrast, theories of functional or access consciousness assert that consciousness can be studied only with forms of cognitive access, given by cognitive processes. Our research work investigates - from a psycho-social point of view - the «racial» identity of the black population in France, notably in their relation with the white population, so as to point up the identity dynamics that exist between the various groups.
