Active-passive control strategy for adjacent buildings

One of the most intense abiotic stresses encountered by arable weeds infesting agricultural fields is herbicide application. Non-target-site based resistance (NTSR), which belongs to the weed herbicide stress response pathways, is an adaptive response to herbicides. Stress response is driven by gene regulation. It follows that NTSR is endowed by differences in the expression of a set of genes between sensitive and resistant plants. Analyze and simulation a dynamic of soil indicators fertility under different agricultural management practices in cotton area of Togo

Using data observed during 20 to 40 years in different agro-ecosystems of Togo, we analyzed soil fertility dynamic under different agricultural management practices. Tree soil C models of varying complexity were tested, and the most accurate in terms of soil C dynamics description in these tropical soils was associated with the QUEFTS model and with nutrient partial balance to analyze the effect of each agricultural management practice. Changes in polypeptide profiles of two pea genotypes inoculated with the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae

The symbiotic interaction between pea roots ('Pisum sativum' L.) and the endomycorrhizal fungus 'Glomus mosseae' should lead to specific gene expression of both symbionts. In order to detect symbiosis-related proteins (endomycorrhizins), we used two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) after phenolic extraction of total soluble proteins. Furthermore, to better characterize the molecular changes after fungal infection, two pea genotypes available in our laboratory were used: cv. The demand for new molecules to counter bacterial resistance to antibiotics and tumor cell resistance is increasingly pressing. The Mediterranean seagrass Posidonia oceanica is considered a promising source of new bioactive molecules. Polypeptide-enriched fractions of rhizomes and green leaves of the seagrass were tested against Gram-positive (e.g., Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis) and Gram-negative bacteria (e.g., Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli), as well as towards the yeast Candida albicans.
