Abstract For a large population of players we consider a collective decision making process with three possible choices: option A or B or no option. The more popular option is more likely to be chosen by uncommitted players and cross-inhibitory signals can be sent to attract players committed to a different option. This model originates in the context of honeybees swarms, and we generalise it to accommodate other applications such as duopolistic competition and opinion dynamics. Comfort modeling is considered a prerequisite in motorcycle design, primarily to address safety concerns and to position the product on the market. However, a comprehensive methodology for comfort modeling during the earliest development phases of a motorcycle model is still missing. A decentralized solution for the constrained minimum cost flow

In this paper we propose a decentralized solution to the problem of network stabilization, under flow constraints ensuring steady—state flow optimality. We propose a stabilizing strategy for network flow control with capacity constraints which drives the buffer levels arbitrarily close to a desired reference. This is a decentralized strategy optimizing the flow via the minimization of a quadratic cost of the control. A second problem characterized by non-fully connected networks is also considered, for which an exact network equilibrium is not possible. E' necessario entrare nel merito dei percorsi e dei contenuti formativi dell'architetto al fine di comprenderne meglio i valori più attuali da trasmettere alle nuove generazioni di professionisti. Il progetto assume un ruolo centrale, quale strumento che deve farsi carico, da una parte di coltivare la leggerezza del pensiero, dall’altra di tendere alla concretezza fisica della modificazione del mondo.
