El presente estudio trata sobre la aparición de la imagen de los Siete Príncipes, analizando la tradición de ésta, observando cómo se desarrolló compositiva e iconográficamente el tipo iconográfico de los Siete Príncipes, y abordando la interpretación de la imagen y culto a estos arcángeles. Prey community structure affects how predators select for Müllerian mimicry

Müllerian mimicry describes the close resemblance between aposematic prey species; it is thought to be beneficial because sharing a warning signal decreases the mortality caused by sampling by inexperienced predators learning to avoid the signal. It has been hypothesized that selection for mimicry is strongest in multi-species prey communities where predators are more prone to misidentify the prey than in simple communities. Maternal investment in offspring immunity via egg quality may be an adaptive evolutionary strategy shaped by natural selection. We investigated how maternal investment in eggs can influence offspring immunity by conducting two experiments. First, we manipulated foraging performance of the mothers before egg laying by attaching a small weight to their back feathers. During the nestling period, we investigated offspring total antibody production at the age of 7 days and after antibody challenge, and conducted a partial cross-fostering design to separate the effects of the experiment and rearing-related variation on offspring immunity. Alla fine degli anni Ottanta del Settecento, apparve anonima una Memoria ragionata in favore dei baroni del Regno di Sicilia per le novità fattesi dai Tribunali della Regia Gran Corte e del Real Patrimonio negli anni 1784, 1785 e 1786 sulla legislazione del Regno e contro le giusdizioni baronali. Il clima in cui il testo si collocava era quello assai rovente seguito alle riforme amministrative e giudiziarie volute da Domenico Caracciolo come viceré in Sicilia (1781-gennaio 1786), tese dopo il fallimento del progetto della formazione del catasto a colpire il potere locale dei baroni, base politica della loro influenza e autorità.

Abstract White clover ( Trifolium repens L.) is a commonly cultivated legume with good ground cover potential often used with companion grass species in urban grassed areas. The effect of increased soil salinity on plant growth is an urgent problem in cities where NaCl is used as a de-icing material. The aim of this research was to examine the effect of different salinity levels and K supply-induced responses and tolerance in the T. repens L. variety ‘Daile’, a variety which is used in urban greenery.
