Dlatego celem niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja trendów i rozwiązań logistycznych, które powinny zostać uwzględnione, aby firmy mogły umiejętnie poruszać się w nowej rzeczywistości. Na podstawie przeglądu literatury i doświadczeń przedsiębiorstw zostaną wskazane rola i znaczenie odporności (rezyliencji) oraz zarządzania ryzkiem w zapewnianiu sprawności i przejrzystości łańcuchów dostaw.

This paper explores how the risk related to the pandemic of COVID-19 was managed, narrated and perceived in Italy during the lockdown phase, from February until June 2020. In this article, the authors discuss the legal liabilities of the professional engineer as both the engineer of record of a project and the construction site manager. In particular, this article analyzes the case of a fire at the end-user medium voltage–low-voltage (MV–LV) substation of a shopping center in Italy, which occurred a few years after the maintenance works on the electrical installation. Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja instrumentów zarządzania ryzykiem w rolnictwie, akceptowanych i oczekiwanych przez użytkowników towarowych gospodarstw rolnych w Opolskiem w związku z modernizacją WPR. W opracowaniu wykorzystano meto-dy dedukcyjne i indukcyjne. Przeprowadzono badania literaturowe oraz porównawczą analizę instytucjonalną. Materiał empiryczny zebrano w 2014 r. metodą wywiadu kwestionariuszo-wego w 100 gospodarstwach. Na podstawie badań stwierdzono, że trwająca modernizacja gospodarstw rolnych tworzy nowe rodzaje niepewności.
