Bodźce pozacenowe w kontraktach rolnych. Powiązania umowne między grupami producentów rolnych a ich pierwszymi odbiorcami w Polsce

Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja stosowanych bodźców pozacenowych w umowach rolnych, które mogłyby potencjalnie skłaniać agenta do działania zgodnego z interesem kontraktora. Zastosowanie tego typu zachęt może potencjalnie minimalizować problem pokusy nadużycia ze strony agenta jeszcze w trakcie jej obowiązywania, tj. w trakcie produkcji rolnej. Dla realizacji założonego celu wykorzystano badanie własne z użyciem ankiety. Badanie empiryczne przeprowadzono wśród grup producentów rolnych działających na rynku drobiu, a przedmiotem badań były kontrakty rolne podpisane w 2014 roku. Percepcja kryptowalut przez młodych uczestników rynku finansowego na przykładzie Polski i Niemiec

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących percepcji kryptowalut wśród młodych uczestników rynku finansowego. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w 2019 r., przed wybuchem pandemii COVID-19, niemal równocześnie w dwóch krajach: w Polsce i w Niemczech. Celem tych badań było uchwycenie różnic w sposobie postrzegania walut krajowych, światowych walut rezerwowych oraz kryptowalut, a także różnic w poziomie zaufania do dotychczasowego systemu finansowego na świecie. Walory przyrodnicze pasa autostrady A-4 na terenie Parku Krajobrazowego Góra Świętej Anny w województwie opolskim

Do budowy opolskiego odcinka autostrady A-4 przystąpiono latem 1997 r. Niedługo po rozpoczęciu budowy zaczęły się ostre protesty organizacji ekologicznych. Kością niezgody stał się jej odcinek przecinający Park Krajobrazowy Góra Świętej Anny, bezpośrednio sąsiadujący również ze ścisłym rezerwatem przyrody Ligota Dolna, chroniącym rzadką roślinność ciepłolubną. W latach 2011-2013 na terenie pasa drogowego autostrady A4 przechodzącego przez teren Parku Krajobrazowego Góra Świętej Anny w województwie opolskim przeprowadzono szczegółowe badania mikologiczne, geobotaniczne, florystyczne i faunistyczne. With the emergence of manufacturing based economies, specialised productions take on new dimensions during the Neolithic. Production networks progressively develop during the Neolithic and the Metal Ages and can be characterised according to their scale, how they are organised, the status of producers and the intensification of the trade of manufactured goods. This results on the one hand in mass production and on the other in the creation of highly technical objects on demand within a complex economic system of consumption and exchange. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sieviešu reproduktīvās izvēles atspoguļojums sieviešu žurnālos “Cosmopolitan”, “Lilit” un “Santa” (2007-2016)”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā izvēlētie mediji atspoguļo sieviešu reproduktīvo izvēli. Lai noskaidrotu publikāciju skaitu un analizētu rakstos paustās attieksmes, darba pētnieciskajā daļā tiek izmantota kontentanalīze. Lai izpētītu, kā sieviešu reproduktīvā izvēle tiek atspoguļota, ir izmantota rāmējuma analīzes teorija. Pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrots, ka žurnālā “Cosmopolitan” daudz vairāk tiek runāts par sieviešu reproduktīvo izvēli. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Mārketinga kompleksa elementu novērtējums Rīgas pašvaldības uzņēmumā SIA „Rīgas satiksme””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, uz teorijas atziņām par mārketinga kompleksa elementiem (7P) un klientu aptauju analīzes pamata, izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA „Rīgas satiksme” mārketinga kompleksa elementus, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma mārketinga kompleksa pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs pamatnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, kā arī pielikumiem. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 73 lapas un izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ir 51 informācijas avoti. Darbā ievietoti 19 attēli un 1 tabula, kā arī 5 pielikumi.
Positron production using a 9 MeV electron linac for the GBAR experiment

For the GBAR (Gravitational Behaviour of Antihydrogen at Rest) experiment at CERN's Antiproton Decelerator (AD) facility we have constructed a source of slow positrons, which uses a low-energy electron linear accelerator (linac). The driver linac produces electrons of 9 MeV kinetic energy that create positrons from bremsstrahlung-induced pair production. Staying below 10 MeV ensures no persistent radioactive activation in the target zone and that the radiation level outside the biological shield is safe for public access. Phytochemical and Pharmacological Evaluation of the Residue By-Product Developed from the Ocimum americanum (Lamiaceae) Postdistillation Waste

The yield of essential oils in plants is not high and postdistillation wastes rich in phenolic compounds could be used to enhance the profitability of essential oil-bearing plants. The aim of the study was to evaluate polyphenols in a dry extract obtained from the postdistillation waste of the American basil (Ocimum americanum L.) herb, and to conduct the screening of its pharmacological activities. Rosmarinic acid, caffeic acid and rutin were identified in the extract using high-performance thin-layer chromatography.
