AbstractThis article is concerned with the role of language(s) in education from the viewpoint of secondary school subject teachers in Finland at the time of transition to a new curriculum. The curriculum highlights the role of language throughout education and makes reference to changes in society that foreground multilingualism. The teacher-in-role (TIR) strategy is used in process drama to strengthen the dramatic experience and promote learning among the participants. In this study, one TIR construct is examined through the lens of Erving Goffman’s concept of facework in order to deepen the understanding of the subtle and vulnerable processes of interaction in process drama. TIR is considered to be an interactive construct in which both artistry and pedagogy are embodied. The aim of the study was to reveal social gender roles in the perception of male and female Polish students. The social gender roles have been examined in the context of cultural consensus.
 The Cultural Models Scenario has been used with 223 participants. The research method is based on series of brief scenarios that were created with an anthropological methodology. After in-depth interviews in Polish society, basic social roles were described in scenarios. In the first phase the group of respondents (N = 104) evaluated the gender social norms in the scenarios. The L1210 tumor system was used in vitro and in vivo in comparative studies with activated cyclophosphamide analogs, cyclophosphamide and phosphoramide mustard. All the above compounds gave substantial cell kills (5 logs) of L1210 in vivo at doses that were non-toxic, but slight differences were noted. ASTA Z 7557 had a slight advantage in cure rate over cyclophosphamide when these drugs were given i.v. or i.p. to early tumor (i.p.). However, cyclophosphamide had the advantage in cure rate when drug administration was i.v. to advanced tumor. The most common ecohydrological models start from a stochastic differential equation describing the soil water balance, where the unknown quantity, the soil moisture, depends both on spaces and time.
