After a brief presentation describing the main traits of the literary Romanian exile, this article aims to reveal some aspects of Matei Vişniec’s poetical originality, a Romanian francophone writer who defines himself as a «lucky exiled man». The poem we’ve chosen, «At the table with Marx» («La masă cu Marx»), involves the main line of the book with the same title that was published in Romania in 2011. Abstract This paper aims at presenting mutations in agriculture occurred in the process of collectivization and privatization of it. Abstract In this study we conducted a research on the Facebook page of the Romanian Gendarmerie, to understand the magnitude of the effects of the crisis this institution is facing after the Diaspora Protest ended in violence. We monitored the posts from August 10 to December 31, 2018 and analyzed the most relevant 50 comments from each post, in order to determine their character: positive, negative or neutral. Parody and Pastiche of Satirical Romanian Press

Abstract Satirical Romanian press use irony form with the purpose to transpose realities in acid writing and to reform the problems which exist in our society. This study presents one of the most known ways to express irony: intertextuality. Through a series of examples extracted from the satirical press we will try to observe the role that the parody and the pastiche – as important elements of the intertextuality – hold in the expression of irony, but also the impact that they have on the reader.
Children’s Voices and Their Impact—Case Study in Romania

Abstract This research evaluates if the voices of children in Romanian preschools are heard and proposes new educational policy in order to train practitioners for preschools. The purpose of the study is to involve practitioners and parents in the Early Years in an experimental training program called: “Voices of children in Romania”. We discovered that according to the traditional attitudes of Romanian parents and practitioners, children's voices are rarely taken into consideration. After the new training program was put into practice in preschools and homes, teachers and parents started to give more attention to children's voices and children's wellbeing was improved.

The aim of the paper was to analyze the perception of students regarding the quality of management within Erasmus+ programme carried out by Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and their partner academic institutions from Romania and abroad. Through this paper we also tried to determine a classification of the evaluated variables, their correlation and the factor which influences most the quality of the management of Erasmus mobility projects. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las pautas de movilidad de los inmigrantes procedentes de Bulgaria y Rumania durante la grave crisis económico-laboral que afecta a España. La información utilizada procede de entrevistas en profundidad a migrantes búlgaros y rumanos, que se completa con datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y del Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus (DM) rises constantly each year worldwide. Because of that, the funds allocated for the DM treatment have increased over time. Regarding the number of DM cases, Romania is among the top ten countries in Europe. Based on the National Diabetes Programme (NDP), antidiabetic drugs and other expenditures (Self-monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) test, HbA1c, insulin pumps/insulin pumps supplies) are free of charge.
