The contribution analyses the current Italian prison system, which has been called upon on to resolve its structural problems. The Council of Europe, in fact, in 2013 condemned Italy for inhuman treatment in its prisons. The principal accusation concerns the problem of overcrowding. The country has responded with solutions such as the application of the open system, which provides cells solely for overnight stays, and dynamic monitoring, an effective system for ensuring order in the institutions. Purpose: The goal of the present study was to assess the effects of fatigue on throwing and Upper Quarter Y Balance Test (YBT-UQ) performance in male adolescent handball players. We hypothesized that throwing and YBT-UQ performance will be decreased in response to an upper-body fatigue-protocol.Method: All male participants (N = 24, age: 14.8 ± 0.7 yrs) were handball players of a regional youth selection team. The subject of the article is the name of an old dish made of water and bread, registered in the Silesian dialects as warmuszka. The purpose of the article is to discuss the etymology of the name and to show how the name functioned in comparison with other terms for bread soup in the old general Polish lanquage and the dialects. Material research revealed that the most likely source of the name warmuszka is Middle Upper German form warmuos adopted through the Czech language in various forms (farmuszka, framuszka, faramuszka, warmuz) and adapted to the Polish language, eventually.

Lending-based crowdfunding (LBC), in the large and tumultuous galaxy of crowdfunding, is the least fully disciplined and maybe the most problematic sector. Regulation n. 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020, on European providers of crowdfunding services for businesses, gives now a definition and significantly detailed discipline of the LBC, alongside the more widely known and regulated figure of investment-based crowdfunding (IBC). The essay takes some notes on this new text, also in view of the task of national Legislators and Authorities of introducing a domestic discipline on the LBC, consistent with the new framework of harmonization at EU level.

66-letni otyły mężczyzna, obciążony cukrzycą typu 2 i nadciśnieniem tętniczym, przewlekłą chorobą nerek w okresie 4, utrwalonym migotaniem przedsionków z bradykardią, przyjęty został na oddział kardiologii z powodu objawów ciężkiej prawokomorowej niewydolności krążenia. W leczeniu zastosowano standardową terapię, w tym złożone leczenie moczopędne. Probability of species recovery is thought to be correlated with specific aspects of organismal life history, such as age at maturity and longevity, and how these affect rates of natural mortality ( M ) and maximum per capita population growth ( r max ). Despite strong theoretical underpinnings, these correlates have been based on predicted rather than realized population trajectories following threat mitigation.
