The use in psychology of crowdsourcing platforms as a method of data collection has been increasing in popularity because of its relative ease and versatility. Our goal is to adapt the Gratitude Questionnaire–20 Items (G20) to the English language by using data collected through a crowdsourcing platform. The wine slopes of Côte d'Or (Burgundy, France) are subject to the combined effects of runoff/erosion processes and intense cultivation practices. The purpose of this study is to characterize the erosion processes, and to quantify the sedimentary dynamics over different time scales and spatial scales. Sedimentary budgets show that the studied slopes, with grounds that are made very sensitive to the runoff phenomena by intensive mechanisation, are subject to erosion rates of several millimetres per year. Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) belongs to the genus Enterovirus of the family Picornaviridae and can cause acute acinar pancreatitis in adults. However, the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis underlying CVB3-induced acute pancreatitis have remained unclear. In this study, we discovered that CVB3 capsid protein VP1 inhibited pancreatic cell proliferation and exerted strong cytopathic effects on HPAC cells. Through yeast two-hybrid, co-immunoprecipitation, and confocal microscopy, we show that Menage a trois 1 (MAT1), a subunit of the Cdk-Activating Kinase (CAK) complex involved in cell proliferation and transcription, is a novel interaction protein with CVB3 VP1. Postawiono pytanie o to, jaka wartość społeczna jest tworzona we współpracy podmiotów różnych sektorów gospodarki w ramach projektów zrównoważonych oraz jaką rolę w procesie tworzenia wartości społecznej odgrywa sama współpraca międzysektorowa.
