We present a case of a 59-year-old man who was admitted to the hospital because of atypical chest pain and dyspnea. Conventional coronary angiography showed an anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk. The patient underwent multislice computed tomography in order to clarify the origin and course of the anomalous vessel. The aim of this report is to emphasize the role of multislice computed tomography as an accurate noninvasive imaging tool in the evaluation of coronary artery anomalies.

Abstract Cost growth and cost overrun of projects is a well-researched topic, but still a recurring problem. Some of the problems may be attributed to the difficulties of setting a realistic cost estimate in the early phase of the project. New faunal and floral records from Ocean Drilling Project Hole 963A, resolved at ?80-year spacing, provide evidence of suborbital scale climate variability in the central Mediterranean Sea throughout Marine Isotope Stage (MIS) 5. Cold events in the central Mediterranean Sea, indicated by low abundances of warm species and high abundances of cold species, are also evident in a planktonic foraminifera paleoclimatic curve. We quantify the theoretical uncertainties of chiral effective-field-theory predictions of the muon-deuteron capture rate. Theoretical error estimates of this low-energy process is important for a reliable interpretation of forthcoming experimental results by the MuSun collaboration. Specifically, we estimate the three dominant sources of uncertainties that impact theoretical calculations of this rate: those resulting from uncertainties in the pool of fit data used to constrain the coupling constants in the nuclear interaction, those due to the truncation of the effective field theory, and those due to uncertainties in the axial radius of the nucleon. Is There a Credit Risk Anomaly in FX Markets?

This paper explores whether a link between sovereign credit ratings and currency returns exists. Perhaps contrary to expectations, it finds that currencies of countries with higher credit risk tend to generate lower returns than those with a lower credit risk. The credit risk spread cannot be explained by standard risk factors.
