Jerarquización y especialización de los circuitos mercantiles valencianos (finales del XIV-primera mitad del XV)

Hacia la tercera decada del siglo XV se configuro en la ciudad de Valencia un mercado de seguros maritimos, en el que la constante afluencia de capitales de los hombres de negocios y mercaderes, autoctonos o foraneos, confirmaba el afianzamiento de diversos canales de comercializacion que integraban la estructura economica del reino dentro de los circuitos europeos y que, por tanto, definian su funcion en la organizacion de las economias urbanas. La proliferacion de un tipo de transaccion, basada en la especializacion definida de un mercado, de un area geoeconomica, determinaba el exito de una ruta, al mismo tiempo que apoyaba su progresiva integracion en el mercado de seguros maritimos.

Ricostruita a seguito del terremoto in un sito diverso dall’originario, Salaparuta era una città di antica origine e aveva raggiunto un assetto urbano compiuto tra Cinquecento e Settecento, sotto il dominio feudale dei Paruta e degli Alliata. Uno degli edifici più significativi del centro era la chiesa madre, con la sua originale facciata a torre con campanile, risalente alla metà del Settecento.

Somatic embryogenesis was obtained through anther culture of Citrus reticulata, cv. Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli. The work was carried out to evaluate the response of somatic embryos inside a sodium alginate coating to different storage periods, and to the effects of the germicide PPM (1 ml l(-1) stop) and the fungicide Thiophanate-methyl (100 mg l(-1) stop). The effect of these alone or in combination, added to the artificial endosperm on the performance of the encapsulated somatic embryos was tested. A new method for rearing the citrus flower moth (Prays citri Mill.) (Lepidoptera, Yponomeutidae) on lemon [Citrus limon (L.) Burm.] callus is reported. In the present research callus (an undifferentiated mass of plant cells that can be grown under sterile conditions on an artificial medium in vitro) was induced from lemon stigma and style explants cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 500 mg l -1 malt extract, 13.3 μM 6-benzylaminopurine, and 146 mM sucrose. The reaction of lemon hybrids obtained by symmetrical and asymmetrical protoplast fusion, toward “mal secco” infection caused by Phoma tracheiphila (Petri) Kanc. et Ghik. was examined. Resistance was tested in `Valencia' sweet orange [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck] and `Femminello' lemon [C. limon (L.) Burm. f.] somatic hybrid and cybrids, by stem and leaf inoculation tests and by analysis of propagule number of P. tracheiphila in the xylem of stem-inoculated plants. Abstract Two new furoquinoline alkaloids, maculine B (1) and kokusaginine B (2) and one new dihydrooxazole alkaloid, veprisazole (3), along with four known compounds namely, N13-methyl-3-methoxyrutaecarpine (4), flindersiamine (5), skimmianine (6) and tilianin (7) were isolated from the methanol extract of the stem bark of Araliopsis soyauxii Engl. by various chromatographic methods. Their structures were determined using spectrometry and spectroscopic techniques including NMR and MS.
