A comparison of the effects of transactional and transformational leadership in synchronous and a synchronous online teamwork was conducted. In the study, groups of four participants interacted in online text chat and online text forum in problem solving tasks. The groups were leaded by a confederate who acted as a transactional or a transformational leader. Satisfaction in the interactions and participations communicative styles were assessed. Results indicated that transformational leadership is more satisfying and cognitive and metacognitive style oriented than transactional leadership that is more participative style oriented.

Although an increasing number of horizontal gene transfers have been reported in eukaryotes, experimental evidence for their adaptive value is lacking. Here, we report the recent transfer of a 158-kb genomic region between Torulaspora microellipsoides and Saccharomyces cerevisiae wine yeasts or closely related strains. This genomic region has undergone several rearrangements in S. cerevisiae strains, including gene loss and gene conversion between two tandemly duplicated FOT genes encoding oligopeptide transporters. Pētījums tika vērsts uz jaunā Būvniecības likuma, kas stājās spēkā 2014.gada 1.oktobrī, izpēti un salīdzinājumu ar iepriekš spēkā esošo būvniecības tiesisko regulējumu, konkrēti, pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot trešo personu tiesību apjomu būvatļaujas izdošanas procesā pieņemto lēmumu apstrīdēšanā un pārsūdzēšanā, jo jaunā būvniecības procesu regulējošo tiesību normu interpretācija nav pietiekami skaidra nedz iestādēm, nedz tiesām. This paper presents the characteristics of the species Ganoderma lucidum in terms of health-promoting properties. This species is rare in Poland, and is subject to strict protection. Reishi is classified as a medicinal mushroom which fruiting bodies are characterized by a content of active substances with diverse positive effects on human health.
