Il lavoro tratta del reato di omesso versamento di ritenute certificate, introdotto all'art. 10 bis, D.lgs. n. 74/2000. Dopo una premessa, in cui si inquadrano la fattispecie e le principali problematiche, ci si occupa del soggetto (particolare attenzione viene rivolta all’istituto della sostituzione e agli effetti giuridici che determina) e dell’elemento soggettivo (si affrontano il problema della sussistenza del dolo nell’ipotesi di omesso versamento causato da mancanza di liquidità e quello della delega di funzioni). The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication.
