Sapņi un asprātības kultūrā (Vīne un Freids)

2018

Kristīnes Matvejevas bakalaura darbu “Sapņi un asprātības kultūrā (Vīne un Freids)” veido trīs vadmotīvi, kuri jau iekļauti darba nosaukumā. Sapņi. Asprātības. Vīnes kultūra. Darbā tiek analizēta savstarpējā saistība starp vadmotīvu trejādi un psihoanalītiķi Zigmundu Freidu ( Sigmund Freud, 1856-1939). Darbā tiek demonstrētas Freida koncepcijas par sapni un asprātību, kas tiek izklāstītas, piesaistot divus psihoanalītiķa veikumus, proti, 1899. gadā publicēto darbu “Sapņa interpretācija” (“Die Traumdeutung”) un 1905. gadā publicēto darbu “Asprātība un tās attiecības ar bezapziņu” (“Der Witz und seine Beziehung zum Unbewußten”). Savukārt skaidrojums, kā iekļautās Vīnes kultūras nozīme atspogu…

Julkisuuslain puutteet ja miksei niitä korjata

2021

Antinociceptive Effects of Turkish Endemic Eryngium kotschyi Boiss. Roots by Bioactivity Guided Fractionation

2010

Eryngium species (Apiaceae) are well known plants in ethnobotanical culture throughout world and also in Turkey. They are used as antitussive, diuretic as well as for analgesic and antiinflammatory purposes in traditional medicine. This study aimed to evaluate the antinociceptive activity of endemic Eryngium kotschyi Boiss. root extracts by bioguided fractionation. The antinociceptive activity of the extracts/fractions/compound was studied in mice using acetic acid induced writhing test and and hot plate test. The methanolic extract was sequentially partitioned with hexane, dichloromethane and water saturated n-butanol. Among the fractions, the n-BuOH fraction showed the most significant re…

Microbiological Stability of Bio-Based Building Materials

2021

The aim of this paper was to study the microbiological stability of bio-based composite building materials, which are made using organic-rich lake sediments (further – sapropel) with lime and magnesium cement as binders and hemp shives as filler. The microbial stability properties of the obtained composite materials were investigated and compared to similar composites. Because of their high organic content, these materials are prone to biodegradation; therefore, they were coated with ALINA LIFE TM organoclay coating, which helps to extend the product life, reducing the rate of biodegradation compared to the biocides used in industry. The effect of the coating on the resistance to decay by t…

Application of EMI and FDR Sensors to Assess the Fraction of Transpirable Soil Water over an Olive Grove

2018

Accurate soil water status measurements across spatial and temporal scales are still a challenging task, specifically at intermediate spatial (0.1–10 ha) and temporal (minutes to days) scales. Consequently, a gap in knowledge limits our understanding of the reliability of the spatial measurements and its practical applicability in agricultural water management. This paper compares the cumulative EM38 (Geonics Ltd., Mississauga, ON, Canada) response collected by placing the sensor above ground with the corresponding soil water content obtained by integrating the values measured with an FDR (frequency domain reflectometry) sensor. In two field areas, characterized by different soil clay conte…
