Dado que las empresas familiares son la mayoría, y que en Colombia existen pocos estudios empíricos en el tema, esta investigación pretende evaluar el impacto de las prácticas de recursos humanos en el desempeño organizativo, a través del efecto mediador de la innovación y el aprendizaje organizativo en empresas familiares vs no familiares. En el modelo se incluyen tres variables moderadoras; orientación emprendedora, orientación al mercado y turbulencia del entorno. Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) possesses glioma stem cells (GSCs) that promote self-renewal, tumor propagation, and relapse. GBM has a poor prognosis, and currently, there are no curative options exist. Understanding the mechanisms of GSCs self-renewal can offer targeted therapeutic interventions. However, insufficient knowledge of the fundamental biology of GSCs is a significant bottleneck hindering these efforts. Eiropas Savienībā, kā arī Latvijā, slimība tiek uzskatīta par retu, ja tā skаr ne vairāk kā 5 no 10 000 (1 no 2000) cilvēkiem. Šobrīd Latvijā ir aptuveni 2 miljoni iedzīvotāju, tātad mūsu valstī absolūtos skaitļos retas slimības skaitās tās, ar kurām slimo ne vairāk kā 1000 cilvēki. Magnētiska piliena līdzsvara figūru skaitlisks aprēķins augstfrekvences rotējošā magnētiskā laukā

Darbā tiek apskatīts, kā atrast magnētiska piliena līdzsvara figūras gan konstantā magnētiskā laukā, gan augstfrekvences rotējošā magnētiskā laukā izmantojot enerģijas minimizēšanu. Izmantojot demagnetizācijas koeficientu sakarības trīsasu elipsoīdam tiek iegūta izteiksme piliena enerģijai magnētiskā laukā. Līdzsvara figūru atkarība no magnētiskā lauka un magnētiskā piliena parametriem (magnētiskais Bonda skaitlis, piliena magnētiskā uzņēmība) tiek aprēķināta veicot enerģijas minimizāciju. Apskatīta magnētiska piliena līdzsvara figūru stabilitāte augstfrekvences rotējošā magnētiskā laukā. Tiek salīdzināti iegūtie rezultāti ar citiem darbiem (eksperimentiem un skaitliskām simulācijām).

The resource quality of the host has been shown to affect parasite transmission success, prevalence, and virulence. Seasonal availability of environmental nutrients alters density and stoichiometric quality (carbon–nutrient ratios) of both producers and consumers, suggesting that nutrient availability may drive fluctuations in parasite prevalence patterns observed in nature.
