Resumen En el presente estudio, se examinó el concepto de innovación en el sector minorista y se definieron sus relaciones con otras variables, como la satisfacción y la lealtad, tradicionalmente vinculadas con el establecimiento minorista. Para lograr los objetivos planteados, se delimitó un modelo teórico sustentado en la literatura, que se contrastó mediante un estudio empírico utilizando un cuestionario estructurado ad hoc aplicado a una muestra de 510 clientes de establecimientos de alimentación. Recently, interest has been shown in the relationship between life satisfaction and self-concept, because life satisfaction seems to depend on the cultural context. Happy and proactive ?:The role of hedonic and eudaimonic well-being in business owners’ personal initiative

This two-year study with 122 business owners examined the link between affective well-being and task-oriented as well as relationship-oriented personal initiative (PI). We tested two complementary models explaining the link between well-being and PI: (1) broaden-and-build theory and (2) self-regulation as limited resource approach. In line with current research on well-being, we differentiated between hedonic and eudaimonic well-being using life satisfaction and vigor as indicators. Hierarchical regression analyses showed that only vigor predicted both forms of PI. The search for new materials to be used in desulfurisation (sweetening) of fuels is one of the main topics of current research. In this paper, we explored the possibility of using supramolecular gels obtained from the gelation of ionic liquid binary mixtures. Indeed, some ionic liquids are generally known as efficient extraction phases for desulfurisation of fuels. In rare cases, one of their main drawbacks is their partial solubility in the fuel, leading to contamination. Removing the saturation assumption in Bank-Weiser error estimator analysis in dimension three

International audience; We provide a new argument proving the reliability of the Bank-Weiser estimator for Lagrange piecewise linear finite elements in both dimension two and three. The extension to dimension three constitutes the main novelty of our study. In addition, we present a numerical comparison of the Bank-Weiser and residual estimators for a three-dimensional test case.
Piecewise Affine (PWA) Modeling and Switched Damping Control of Two-Inertia Systems with Backlash

Backlash degrades positioning accuracy and can induce mechanical wear and breakage by collisions. Therefore, a lot of studies have been conducted on backlash compensation. The simplest control method for the impact attenuation is torsional damping addition by feedback of torsional velocity. This paper reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the torsional damping addition. Based on the analyses, a novel switched damping control is proposed to realize the responses with smaller overshoot while attenuating the impact.
