Saamelaisuuden diskursiivinen rakentaminen Suomen saamelaiskäräjien lausuntoteksteissä

Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkastelen sitä, miten saamelaisuuden käsitettä rakennetaan diskursiivisesti Suomen saamelaiskäräjien vuosien 2014–2016 välillä julkaisemissa poliittisissa lausuntoteksteissä. Käyttämäni aineisto on valikoitu tutkimusasetelmasta käsin, ja tutkin sen avulla saamelaisuuden käsitteen rakentamista kriittisen diskurssianalyysin menetelmiä hyödyntäen. Tutkielmani perustuu tieteenfilosofisesti sosiaalisen konstruktionismin varaan, ja siinä alkuperäiskansaisuutta lähestytään jälkikoloniaalisen yhteiskuntateorian tradition kautta, ilmiöön liittyvät historialliset valtasuhteet tiedostaen. Tutkimuksen tehtävänä on selvittää, kuinka suomalainen parlamentarismi ja suomalainen valtio ovat muuttuneet ja sopeutuneet ylikansallisen päätöksenteon haasteisiin. Tarkoituksena on tarkastella alkuperäiskansojen oikeuksista ja erityisesti saamelaisten oikeuksista käytyjä eduskuntakeskusteluita. Tutkimuksen näkökulma tarkasteltavaan aiheeseen perustuu parlamentaarisen hallitustavan sekä proseduurin, konstitutionalismin ja modernin kansallisvaltion teoriataustaan. The effective implementation of positive behaviour intervention and support (PBIS) requires both organisational and professional change. This means that the whole community including all educators and children commit to shared principles, practices, and structures to create a safe and supportive social climate. Local warning colour polymorphism, frequently observed in aposematic organisms, is evolutionarily puzzling. This is because variation in aposematic signals is expected to be selected against due to predators' difficulties associating several signals with a given unprofitable prey. Ecklonia maxima and the commercial biostimulants produced from it contain various plant growth regulators that are responsible for the growth stimulation recorded in many crops. Auxins are one of the major plant growth regulators contained in E. maxima extracts.
