INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE AND PERIPHERAL ATRHITIS: MESALAZINA AND PROBIOTICS
2016
The inflammaotory bowel disease (IBD) are a group of inflammatory pathologies of the digestive line with chronicity and recurrent characteristic. The IBDs mostly recognized are the ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease; they are more frequent in the industrialized countries and among the caucasian populations that among those africans or oriental. The secondary artropaties to IBD recognize a multifactorial genesis in subjects predisposed as a result genetically or environmental factors; a fundamental role of the intestinal dysbiosis they are hypothesized.
TARGETED THERAPIES FOR INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASES AND COLORECTAL CANCER: AN INCREASING NEED FOR MICROBIOTA-INTESTINAL MUTUALISM
2015
The involvement of intestinal microbiota and dysbiosis in the pathogenesis for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and colorectal cancer (CRC) is a well-established factto be taken into real consideration when developing targeted therapies. This review aims to depict how advances in our understanding of the role of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of IBD and CRC are shaping up the therapeutic protocols of their management. It is demonstrated of their management. It is demostrated that there is a circadian regulation of colocyte gene expression in response to microbiota. Dysbiosis leading to a decrease in microbiome biodiversity is also described in IBD patients in IBD patients whereby thic…
CORRELATION BETWEEN IBD, INTESTINAL DYSBIOSIS, DIET AND MOOD TONE DISEASE: ANALYSIS OF LITERATURE
2022
This essay's main goal the present review is to highlight the connections between intestinal dysbiosis and the ensuing activation of the mucosal lymphatic system. One of the study's goals is to investigate the impact on mood caused by a serotonergic deficit driven by mucosal inflammation. It assesses the relationship between food consumption and the onset of psychological and mental illness as a secondary end aim. Patients with inflammatory bowel diseases and psychological and psychiatric mood disorders appear to benefit therapeutically from the sort of diet they consume.
INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE AND COLORECTAL CANCER, NUTRACEUTICAL ASPECTS
2016
Nutraceuticals constitute a group of functional foods that provide added health benefits for various disorders including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and colorectal cancer (CCR). The main groups of nutraceuticals include probiotics, prebiotics omega 3 and antioxidants. Studies on nutraceutical showed that this type of food possessed similar properties to drugs but with the benefit of not having side effects. This mini review shows that probiotics and prebiotics, when administered simultaneously with traditional therapies, reduce IBD symptoms and reduce synthesis of enzymes probably involved in colorectal carcinogenesis. Moreover, Omega 3 reduces the synthesis of inflammation mediators a…

Nutrition, malnutrition and dietary interventions in inflammatory bowel disease
2014
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which includes both Crohn's disease (CD) and Ulcerative Colitis (UC), is a chronic idiopathic inflammatory disorder affecting the gastrointestinal tract. Diet, as a source of luminal antigens, is thought to be an important factor in the pathogenesis of IBD. often the nutritional status of patients is significantly compromised, particularly in CD. several factors, including drug-nutrient interactions, disease location, symptoms, and dietary restriction can lead to protein energy malnutrition and specific nutritional deficiencies. solid evidence regarding the accountability of certain dietary components in the etiology of IBD are lacking. With regard to malnu…
INTESTINAL DYSBIOSIS AND HORMONAL NEUROENDOCRINE SECRETION IN THE FIBROMYALGIC PATIENT: RELATIONSHIP AND CORRELATIONS
2018
Fibromyalgia is a rheumatic syndrome and its pathogenesis is controversial. The recent literature has placed considerable attention on the link between alteration of the intestinal microbiota and fibromyalgia, emphasizing the close connection between the neuroenteric system and the CNS. This study aims to evaluate the probable relationship between intestinal dysbiosis and altered secretion of hormones and vitamins such as cortisol, serotonin, Vitamin D and thyroid hormones in a patient with fibromyalgia.

AGE-RELATED HEARING IMPAIRMENT (ARHI): A COMMON SENSORY DEFICIT IN THE ELDERLY
2011
This paper aims to give a broad overview of the scientific findings related to Age-related hearing impairment that is a complex disorder, with both environmental as well as genetic factors contributing to the impairment. The involvement of several environmental factors has been partially elucidated. A first step towards the identification of the genetic factors has been made, which will result in the identification of susceptibility genes, and will provide possible targets for the future treatment and/or prevention of ARHI.
CASO CLINICO: L’UTILIZZO DELL’ORMONE DELLA CRESCITA IN SOGGETTO CON SINDROME DA MICRODELEZIONE E SBILANCIAMENTO CROMOSOMICO (CR3-6)
2019
