Thermodynamic (potentiometric and calorimetric) and spectroscopic ( 1 H NMR, 119 Sn Mossbauer) studies were performed in aqueous solution in order to characterize the interaction of dimethyltin(IV) cation with citrate ligand. Six species {(CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit) - ; [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit) 2 2- ; (CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit)H 0 ; (CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit)OH 2- ; [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit)OH 0 ; [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit)(OH) 2 - } were found. All the species formed in this system are quite stable and formation percentages are fairly high. It has been previously described that elevation of endogenous spermine levels in Arabidopsis could be achieved by transgenic overexpression of S-Adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (SAMDC) or Spermine synthase (SPMS). In both cases, spermine accumulation had an impact on the plant transcriptome, with up-regulation of a set of genes enriched in functional categories involved in defense-related processes against both biotic and abiotic stresses. In this work, the response of SAMDC1-overexpressing plants against bacterial and oomycete pathogens has been tested. Tutkielman tarkoituksena oli tarkastella kuudesluokkalaisten kielikylpyoppilaiden ruotsin kieliopin taitoja Manfred Pienemannin prosessoitavuusteorian valossa. Tärkein tutkimuskysymys oli, mille teorian viidestä tasosta oppilaat sijoittuvat. Tutkimuksen materiaalina oli 12 19 oppilaan kirjoittamaa kirjoitelmaa, eli osa kirjoitelmista oli kirjoitettu ryhmässä. Tutkimus oli kvalitatiivinen ja menetelmänä käytettiin teorialähtöistä sisällönanalyysiä. Tulokset osoittivat, että oppilaat sijoittuivat prosessoitavuusteorian neljännelle ja viidennelle tasolle. OBJETIVO: El propósito de este estudio fue determinar la relación existente entre el Liquen Plano Oral (LPO),Estomatitis Aftosa Recividante (EAR), Síndrome de Boca Urente (SBU) y las alteraciones psicológicas del paciente, tales como el estrés, la ansiedad y la depresión. DISEÑO DEL ESTUDIO : Fueron estudiados 18 pacientes con EAR , 9 pacientes con LPO y 7 pacientes con SBU, que presentaron la lesión en el momento del examen, más un grupo control de 20 pacientes sanos. Datan määrä ja rakenne on muuttunut vuosikymmenien saatossa huimasti, ja tiedonkäsittely kokee uusia haasteita jatkuvasti. Perinteiset relaatiotietokannat eivät välttämättä enää sovellu ratkaisemaan näitä ongelmia. 2000-luvun puolella vaihtoehdoksi ovat tulleet NoSQL-tietokannat, joiden tavoitteena on tarjota ratkaisukeinoja näihin uusiin haasteisiin.
