Legumes form root mutualistic symbioses with some soil microbes promoting their growth, rhizobia, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). A conserved set of plant proteins rules the transduction of symbiotic signals from rhizobia and AMF in a so-called common symbiotic signaling pathway (CSSP). Despite considerable efforts and advances over the past 20 years, there are still key elements to be discovered about the establishment of these root symbioses. SUMMARY In a previous study it was shown that La/SSB contains four linear epitopes, p147–154, p291–302, p301–318 and p349–364. The aim of the present study was to investigate the value of the synthetic epitope analogues of the La/SSB autoantigen for the detection of antibodies to La/SSB, in comparison with recombinant La and fragments of this protein. A total of 122 sera with anti-La/SSB activity, from patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), were tested in various peptide-based assays. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar la validez factorial del Cuestionario para la Evaluación del Síndrome de Quemarse por el Trabajo (CESQT). Se hipotetizó un modelo de cuatro factores. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 110 médicos del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. El instrumento está formado por 20 ítems distribuidos en 4 subescalas: Ilusión por el trabajo (5 ítems), Desgaste psíquico (4 ítems), Indolencia (6 ítems), y Culpa (5 ítems). El modelo presentó un ajuste adecuado: GFI = .83, RMSEA = .061, NNFI = .90, CFI = .92, PNFI = .65. "Last Signification Bits" Method for Watermarking of Medical Image

International audience; In this paper, we present a new approach for watermarking of medical image that we are trying to adapt to telemedicine. This approach is intended to insert a set of data in a medical image. These data should be imperceptible and robust to various attacks. It's containing the signature of the original image, the data specific to the patient and his diagnostic. The purpose of the watermarking method is to check the integrity and preservation of the confidentiality of patient data in a network sharing. This approach is based on the use the LSB (least significant bits) of the image and tools borrowed from cryptography.
