Défis à relever pour la politique budgétaire en Amérique latine en matière de stabilisation et de redistribution

Cet article se propose d'étudier les réponses offertes par la politique fiscale en Amérique latine dans la situation actuelle " d'atterrissage en douceur ". En fait, il apparaît que la région est exposée à un risque de choc externe de pays développés et la Chine à un risque politique. Dans ces conditions, la politique fiscale a un rôle important à jouer pour gérer ces risques en se centrant sur ses fonctions de stabilisation et de distribution. En outre, nous proposons un système de plusieurs mesures pour chaque fonction. Enfin, nous démontrons que les pays latino-américains ne souffrent pas de contrainte du financement pour appliquer nos recommandations.

In particolare i versanti sono sede dei fenomeni diffusi di formazione del deflusso superficiale e di erosione idrica, mentre la rete è sede dei fenomeni concentrati di trasporto del deflusso liquido e solido sino alla sezione di chiusura del bacino. Echinococcus multilocularis is a parasite of public health importance causing the fatal zoonotic disease alveolar echinococcosis. The parasite's eggs are dispersed in the environment through the fox faeces. Epidemiological issues associated with the disease led to the monitoring of the endemic status in foxes in France and in Europe. Fox faeces collected in the field were tested for the presence of the parasite and assembled in a georeferenced database. First, from a territorial perspective, they are identified as liminal spaces where the collective participation, integration and the sense of belonging is reinforced.
