Bias and humidity effects on the ammonia sensing of perylene derivative/lutetium bisphthalocyanine MSDI heterojunctions

International audience; In this paper, we prepared and studied sensors based on Molecular Semiconductor-Doped Insulator (MSDI) heterojunctions. These original devices are built with two stacked layers of molecular materials and exhibit very specific electrical and sensing properties. We studied the properties of a MSDI composed of the perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride, PTCDA, or the fluorinated perylenebisimine derivative, C4F7-PTCDI, as n-type molecular material sublayers, and LuPc2 as a p-type semiconductor top layer. SUMMARY Coping with seasonal changes in temperature is an important factor underlying the ability of insects to survive over the harsh winter conditions in the northern temperate zone, and only a few drosophilids have been able to colonize sub-polar habitats. Although evidence showing the effectiveness of disorder-specific treatments exists, high comorbidity rates among emotional disorders limit the utility of these protocols. Maģistra darbā tiek aplūkota Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes regula (ES) Nr.650/2012 par jurisdikciju, piemērojamiem tiesību aktiem, nolēmumu atzīšanu un izpildi un publisku aktu akceptēšanu un izpildi mantošanas lietās un par Eiropas mantošanas apliecības izveidi jeb Mantošanas regula. Darba mērķis ir analizēt regulas darbības pamatprincipus un piemērošanas aspektus, un analīzes gaitā konstatēt nepilnības regulas tiesiskajā regulējumā un piedāvāt iespējamos risinājumus.
