Matematiikan opetus Suomessa ja Japanissa

Työssä tarkastellaan tapaustutkimuksen valossa Suomen ja Japanin matematiikan opetuksen eroja sekä vertaillaan molempien maiden matematiikan opetuksen parhaita puolia. Suomen osalta tutkimusaineisto muodostui yläasteen matematiikan tuntien videoista ja niiden pohjalta tehdyistä didaktisten vaiheiden ja luokkahuone vuorovaikutuksen muotojen analyyseista. Vastaavasti tutkimusaineistoa saatiin Japanista, missä yläasteen opettajat olivat videoineet tunteja ja käyttäneet samanlaista luokittelua kuin Suomessa. The nasal decongestant oxymetazoline (OMZ) is frequently used in the topical treatment of rhinitis/sinusitis. As proinflammatory cytokines play a critical role in the development and maintenance of local inflammation, the aim of this study was to investigate the influence of OMZ on immune cells in order to diminish the mucosal infiltration of the nose. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from buffy coats of healthy volunteers were isolated and stimulated in the presence or absence of OMZ. Tutkielma selvittää aiempaan tutkimukseen perustuen itsepalvelukassojen ja asiakaskokemuksen suhdetta. Tavoitteena on hahmottaa, kuinka itsepalvelukassat vaikuttavat asiakaskokemuksen muodostumisessa. Lisäksi selvitetään edellytykset itsepalvelukassojen hyvän asiakaskokemuksen aikaansaamiseksi. Tutkimustarve perustuu nousevaan kiinnostukseen itsepalveluteknologioita kohtaan, kuten myös asiakaskokemuksen merkityksen kasvulle kaupanalan kilpailun kiristyessä ja asiakkaiden vaatimusten kasvaessa. F.W.J. Schelling argues in his middle period work Philosophical Inquiries into the Nature of Human Freedom that will should be understood as the most fundamental constitutive element of reality. Though it is often downplayed in recent scholarship, Schelling derived his most central ideas for this work more or less directly from the theosophy of Jacob Boehme. Cytisine (CYT) is a powerful anti-smoking compound which could greatly benefit from transbuccal delivery because of both its unfavorable pharmacokinetics after oral administration and its intrinsic ability to permeate the buccal mucosa. This work aims to design CYT-loaded buccal thin films suitable for transbuccal drug delivery due to its capability of promoting the interaction between CYT and the buccal membrane.
