Pieniny Mts. are important biodiversity hotspot in Central Europe. According to Pieniny National Park Long Term Conservation Plan 2000-2020 small, isolated populations of some of Pieniny NP flagship species can become extinct till 2020. El romanés i el valencià presenten un contrast similar entre la sibilant no palatal /s/ i la sibilant palatal /?/, però l’articulació de les dues consonants presenta diferències entre les dues llengües. D’una banda, en romanés /s/ es realitza com a dental, més avançada que en valencià; de l’altra, /?/ presenta en romanés un grau de palatalitat major, amb més endarreriment articulatori que en valencià. The article is based on a synthetic description of this part of Julian Komhauser’s oeuvre, in which the figure of a child appears. Thus, it focuses on the interpretation of a selection of the poet’s texts that are addressed to children exclusively. A significant part is therefore devoted to considerations on the poems that are situated in the borderland between literature for children and texts for adults. The major synthetic aim of the article is an attempt to divide Kornhauser’s “children’s poems” into two main categories: carnivalesque, as well as reflexive and symbolic ones.

Artykuł prezentuje centralne miejsce Biblii w życiu U. Zwingliego. Reformacja w Zurychu, której początki były głównie jego dziełem, ujawniła to na kilku polach: w kaznodziejstwie, prowadzonych dysputach teologicznych i w tzw. „szkole proroctw” (Prophezei). Na każdym z tych pól szwajcarski reformator eksponował autorytet Biblii – nieporównywalny z innymi autorytetami. Równocześnie podkreślał rolę Ducha Świętego w interpretacji tekstów biblijnych. Prawda o inspirującym działaniu Ducha Świętego, jak i prawda o suwerenności Boga leżą u podstaw życia i teologicznego dziedzictwa reformatora z Zurychu.

W niniejszym artykule podjęto problematykę uprawnień Służby Więziennej w zakresie stosowania środków przymusu bezpośredniego i broni palnej w oparciu o przepisy ustawy z 2013 r., która ujednoliciła zasady dotyczące wszystkich uprawnionych organów. Autor dokonał komentarza do przepisów tej ustawy analizując kolejno zagadnienia związane z umieszczeniem skazanego w celi zabezpieczającej, umieszczenia nieletniego w celi izolacyjnej, umieszczenia w pokoju izolacyjnym cudzoziemca przebywającego w strzeżonym ośrodku a także kwestie dotyczące postępowania w razie zranienia osoby w związku ze stosowanymi środkami przymusu bezpośredniego i bronią palną.

Abstract This paper takes into consideration the influence of human activities on the loss of pedodiversity in a Mediterranean area due to large scale farming. In particular it examines the quantitative and qualitative soil changes in a period of 53 years (from 1955 to 2008) evaluating the loss of soil diversity at soil subgroups level of the USDA Soil Taxonomy system.
