Työn tarkoituksena on selvittää uimahallipalveluiden tuottamismalleja kuntaorganisaatioissa. Tutkimuksen kohteena ovat uimahallien hallinto ja laitosteknisten palveluiden tuottamismallit. Laitosteknisillä palveluilla tarkoitetaan kiinteistön ja allastekniikan ylläpitoon liittyvää toimintaa. The current paper addresses the dynamics of the service sector in Romania, from the perspective of a new concept, namely the "composite synergy of services". The main points of the paper approach the fact that direct and indirect investments in the service sector create a synergic and composite effect on the development of the economy, as a whole, in Romania.
