Gestación subrogada y dignidad de la mujer

The situation of the surrogate pregnancy in Spain demands action by our legislators and / or our public authorities. The reason is that the current legal system in which there is a ban of the surrogacy contract is not being attended. In this issue an analysis of the situation in Spain and in other countries is made, to conclude from the right to the dignity of women, that possible actions could be taken to adapt the reality to the legal system.

Interesará ver cómo la geografía es la gran abastecedora de los componentes básicos de una marca turística, de modo que los logotipos y elementos de ésta coinciden con los recursos territoriales turísticos más significativos de aquella. Se estudiarán especialmente los casos de las marcas turísticas «Costa Azahar», «Mediterrània » y «Valencia, terra y mar». El Carcinoma de Mama (CM) es el tumor maligno más frecuente en mujeres y su incidencia aumenta un 2% anual, por ello es uno de los problemas sanitarios más importantes de los países industrializados. Los sistemas nacionales de salud se centran en su diagnóstico precoz para minimizar las consecuencias fatales de la enfermedad, con la realización de mamografías periódicas en las mujeres entre los 40 y 70 años. El desarrollo de estos programas de cribado han demostrado adelantar el diagnóstico del CM un tiempo medio de 1,7 años y reducir la mortalidad un 30% en las pacientes mayores de 40 años, el 30% de los tumores son menores o iguales a 1 cm siendo la probabilidad de afectación ganglionar m…

In the 15 hectare territory of the garden you can find greenhouses and outdoor collections with about 6000 different plants from the dunes of the Baltic sea, forests of Australia, jungle of the Amazon, mountains of Caucasus, deserts of Mexico and Far East representing different regions of the world.
