Wage-setting coordination in a small open economy

This paper studies wage-setting coordination in a two-sector, open economy dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model. Two large sectoral unions anticipate the effects of their wage demands on aggregate variables. In an open economy, there are externalities that the unions can take into account to increase aggregate welfare, but the strategic interaction between the sectoral unions tends to erode this gain. When wage coordination takes place through a wage norm set by either of the sectors, this minimizes the strategic interaction. However, wage norms create welfare losses as sector-specific wage adjustment is required to make an efficient adjustment to shocks. Peer reviewed

Pro gradu-tutkielmani käsittelee miedosta ja keskivahvasta mallasjuomasta käytyjen eduskuntakeskustelujen retoriikkaa kieltolain lopussa sekä uuden väkijuomalain alkuvuosina. Kieltolaki kielsi kaikkien yli kaksi tilavuusprosenttia sisältävien alkoholijuomien käytön muihin kuin lääkinnällisiin tarkoituksiin ja sen purkamisen jälkeen Suomessa monopolisoitiin kaikki alkoholimyynti. Keskustelua mallasjuomista käytiin eritoten kieltolain lopussa, kun markkinoille haluttiin tuoda mieto 2,25% olut. Väkijuomalain voimaantulon jälkeen keskusteltiin taas 3,2% kakkosoluen vapauttamisesta monopolin alaisuudesta. he 2014–2015 Bárðarbunga fissure eruption at Holuhraun in central Iceland was distinguished by the high emission of gases, in total 9.6 Mt SO2, with almost no tephra. This work collates all ground-based measurements of this extraordinary eruption cloud made under particularly challenging conditions: remote location, optically dense cloud with high SO2 column amounts, low UV intensity, frequent clouds and precipitation, an extensive and hot lava field, developing ramparts, and high-latitude winter conditions. In this study, we implemented an integrated security solution with Spring Security and Keycloak open-access platform (SSK) to secure data collection and exchange over microservice architecture application programming interfaces (APIs). The adopted solution implemented the following security features: open authorization, multi-factor authentication, identity brokering, and user management to safeguard microservice APIs. Pressure sensors are used in various industrial applications assisting in preventing unintended disasters. This paper presents the design and fabrication of a novel Seesaw device incorporating a diaphragm and Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensor to measure the pressure of liquids. The designed sensor has been tested in a static water column. The proposed design enables the user to easily make and modify the diaphragm based on the required pressure range without interfering with the FBG sensor. Uwypukliło to takie cechy jej charakteru, jak zdecydowanie, zaradność, i odporność na sytuacje kryzysowe. Elżbieta z Branickich Tarłowa potrafiła dbać o siebie, męża i majątek rodzinny.
