The evolving technological landscape in the digital era has a crucial influence on lifelong learning and the demand for problem‐solving skills. In this paper, we identify associations between formal, non‐formal and informal learning with sufficient problem‐solving skills in technology‐rich environments (TRE). We focus on adults' problem‐solving skills in TRE as a novel approach to investigate formal, non‐formal and informal learning based on data from the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies. Tā kā rakstu valodas pilnveide ir aktuāla tēma augstskolā, bija svarīgi uzzināt par vienaudžu atgriezeniskās saites īstenošanas efektivitāti darījumu vēstuļu apguvē. Uzmanība tika pievērsta lietišķai sarakstei angļu valodā, jo šim žanram ir svarīga loma cilvēku profesionālajā un ikdienas dzīvē. Objective Online health and social care services are getting widespread which increases the risk that less advantaged groups may not be able to access these services resulting in digital exclusion. We examined the combined effects of age and digital competence on the use of online health and social care services. The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. Abstract A major risk factor for many flood-related drownings is driving through floodwater. We aimed to understand Australian drivers’ experiences and beliefs with respect to avoid driving through floodwater using the theory of planned behaviour as a framework. Study 1 (N = 23) used a qualitative design to gain an in-depth understanding of individuals’ experiences with driving through floodwater. Study 2 (N = 157) used a survey-based design to identify the factors related to this behaviour including knowledge, beliefs, and social-cognitive factors. The article concerns the role of communication skills needed in the work of the social pedagog. The authors depict how important are social skills, especially those related to communication, pedagogs’ and therapists’ work. The paper presents different concepts and views on the preparation and aptitudes they should have social pedagogs. "Kids' skills" program and its use in educational and therapeutic work with children in foster families

The paper deals with the issue of foster care as a form of substitute family care in the Czech Republic. In the introduction, the author draws attention to the changes in numbers of children placed in institutions providing institutional care after the amendment o f the Act on Social and Legał Protection of Children No. 401/2012 Coli., with subsequent amendments.
