The article presents the research about the ntergenerational transmission in families in the Opole Silesia. This community co-creates the descendants of the native population, peoples displaced from the former eastem borderlands, and immigrants population from the central Polish and other regions. RAB18 Loss Interferes With Lipid Droplet Catabolism and Provokes Autophagy Network Adaptations

Autophagy is dependent on appropriate lipid supply for autophagosome formation. The regulation of lipid acquisition and the autophagy network response to lipid-limiting conditions are mostly elusive. Here, we show that the knockout of the RAB GTPase RAB18 interferes with lipid droplet catabolism, causing an impaired fatty acid release. The resulting reduced lipid-droplet-derived lipid availability influences autophagy and provokes adaptive modifications of the autophagy network. These adjustments include increased expression and phosphorylation of ATG2B as well as augmented formation of the ATG12-ATG5 conjugate. Il saggio affronta il tema del riciclo urbano attraverso la mappatura e l'analisi di fenomeni di dismissione e sotto-utilizzo presenti nella città di Palermo. Il tema del riciclo si offre a una città come Palermo come potenziale strumento dirompente di trasformazione. La mappatura e la definizione della tassonomia degli spazi da riconvertire per conoscere le tipologie di offerta potenziale è considerato il primo importante passo a cui affiancare la formulazione delle regole per l’accesso e la condivisione degli spazi, nonché possibili strategie e politiche pubbliche per generare nuove funzioni o consolidare e rinnovare pratiche d’uso già avviate.
Experimental Characterization and Acoustic Correction of a Multipurpose Performance Hall: The Italian Theatre “Cavallino Bianco”

This study presents the retrofit acoustic dq1esign of the Italian theatre “Cavallino Bianco”. In its historical configuration, the hall had a curved roof with a pressed-plant fiber ceiling, which was demolished and replaced with a wooden roof without a false ceiling, leading to an increase in volume and a worsening of the reverberation time. This study proposed the realization of a wave ceiling and the application of sound-absorbing and reflecting panels on the walls, which have already been implemented. Is individual- and school-level teacher burnout reduced by proactive strategies?

There is provisional evidence that burnout may be contagious within professional communities via the crossover effect, referring to an inter-individual transmission of stress or strain. However, our understanding of effective means for tackling stressors is scarce. We tested a two-level path model to explore the interrelation between teachers’ proactive self- and co-regulative strategies and experienced burnout. The study sample comprised 1531 Finnish in-service teachers from 75 schools. The results showed that burnout symptoms varied both between individual teachers and between professional communities.
