La problématique de départ du colloque consiste à analyser les effets de la perte de monopole de l'Etat en tant que sujet de droit international public, et surtout seul acteur susceptible de poursuivre légitimement les actes de guerre. Mathematical modelling of membrane bioreactors (MBRs) for wastewater treatment has targeted either the biological processes (treatment quality target) as well as various aspects of system management. However, the high number of interactions among the involved physical – chemical processes, hampers a straightforward mathematical modelling. This circumstance is much more emphasized for submerged MBR systems where the membrane is immersed in an aeration tank. Uzņēmumu attīstībai vienmēr tiks meklēts papildus finansējums, kuru nāksies aizņemties. Laikam ejot, tiek izgudroti arvien jauni veidi, kā to paveikt. Salīdzinot sākotnējo publisko piedāvājumu (SPP) ar sākotnējo monētu piedāvājumu (SMP), tiek izpētīti divi no uzņēmuma finansēšanas veidiem, kuriem ir daudz kā kopīga un tikpat daudz kā atšķirīga. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir parādīt SPP un SMP būtību, identificējot priekšrocības un trūkumus, esošos regulējumus šajā jomā. Darba pamatuzdevumi ir izpētīt SPP un SMP teorētisko pusi un regulējumus, noteikt ieguvumus, trūkumus un riskus.
