Educacion y agricultura a tiempo parcial

The aim of this paper is to describe the phenomenon of part-time agriculture in the contemporany Spain, and to present a model explaining the allocation of farmers' work time between various activities. In the theorical framework developped here the work decisions are determined by the caractéristics of the agricultural production process, by the farmer's comparative advantage to participate in the labor market, and the amount of his stock of human capital. The empirical verification of the model is based on 1982 provincial data wich allow us to define two complementary indices of farmers' labor supply.

AbstractStudies on the prevalence of burnout in professionals in service organizations who work in direct contact with the clients or users of the organization have concluded that burnout is a serious health disorder that has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A significant advantage of the Spanish Burnout Inventory (SBI) over other instruments is that it provides a broader conceptualization of burnout by including feelings of guilt as a dimension of burnout to explain its development. In 1937, Pablo Picasso was chosen by the Republican Gov-ernment to be the artistic representative in the Spanish pavilion at the International Exhibition in Paris. The subject of the work was to be a denunciation of the Spanish Civil War. Picasso took his inspiration from the Guernica Tragedy, and the result was what is undoubtedly one of the most universally renowned paintings of the 20th century. As the artist never offered an interpretation of the painting, historians have since made an enormous variety of hypotheses. One of them suggests that the female figure carrying an oil lamp is the personification of the Republic.

Les constructions verbales intransitives avec préposition posent des problèmes aux apprenants hispanophones, notamment dans le cas des verbes qui admettent en espagnol une construction semblable, mais avec une préposition différente. La description du corpus délimité est centrée sur dix grammaires françaises parues en Espagne de 1970 jusqu’à nos jours. L’apparition de ces constructions dans ces grammaires a été étudiée afin d’envisager d’autres manières d’expliquer ce phénomène en tenant compte du contexte d’apprentissage de l’apprenant hispanophone.
Efficiency vs. values : Institutional logics, situated rationality, and performance measurement in a cooperative bank

This qualitative case study explores how situated rationality is achieved and maintained between two coexisting institutional logics, ‘global’ financial efficiency and ‘local’ customer-owners, around a performance measurement system in a large cooperative bank. We focus especially on the relationship between financial performance measures and softer, cooperative and communal organisational values. The results highlight that communal values may be effectively used to smooth and manage managerial contradictions; thus, situated rationality for operations can be achieved and maintained.
