Itsepalvelukassat asiakasnäkökulmasta: Vaikutus asiakaskokemuksen muodostumisessa

Tutkielma selvittää aiempaan tutkimukseen perustuen itsepalvelukassojen ja asiakaskokemuksen suhdetta. Tavoitteena on hahmottaa, kuinka itsepalvelukassat vaikuttavat asiakaskokemuksen muodostumisessa. Lisäksi selvitetään edellytykset itsepalvelukassojen hyvän asiakaskokemuksen aikaansaamiseksi. Tutkimustarve perustuu nousevaan kiinnostukseen itsepalveluteknologioita kohtaan, kuten myös asiakaskokemuksen merkityksen kasvulle kaupanalan kilpailun kiristyessä ja asiakkaiden vaatimusten kasvaessa. Tutkimus käsittelee organisaatiomuutokseen liittyvää erikoissanastoa. Sen aineistona ovat kaupunkiorganisaation kokoukset, joissa suunnitellaan kaupungin palvelurakenteen muutosta. Kokousten osallistujiin kuuluvat kaupungin työntekijöistä koottu projektiryhmä, projektipäällikkö ja muuta projektin johtoa, valtion virkamiehiä sekä ulkopuolisia konsultteja. Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan keskustelun- ja diskurssianalyyttisin metodein, miten muutosprosessia ohjaavan toteutusohjeen sanasto tuodaan osaksi kokousten vuorovaikutusta. Vanhusten pitkäaikaishoidosta ja vanhuspalveluista ylipäätään on käyty viime vuosina yhteiskunnallista keskustelua. Tämä eläinsosiologinen tutkimus esittelee eläinterapiaa ja eläimiä yhtenä mahdollisuutena edistää vanhusten hyvinvointia etenkin laitoksissa. Tapaustutkimukseni keskiössä on Jyväskylän Kuokkalassa sijaitseva Palvelutalo Vuoropari, jonka kolmannessa kerroksessa asuu pysyvästi maatiaiskissa Teppo. Stochastic fracture analysis of systems with moving material

This paper considers the probability of fracture in a system in which a material travels supported by rollers. The moving material is subjected to longitudinal tension for which deterministic and stochastic models are studied. In the stochastic model, the tension is described by a multi-dimensional Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process. The material is assumed to have initial cracks perpendicular to the travelling direction, and a stochastic counting process describes the occurrence of cracks in the longitudinal direction of the material. Development of fast analysis methods for extractives in papermaking process waters

A fast analysis method with an online sample enrichment technique for the analysis of resin and fatty acids present in papermaking process waters was developed. This method was based on atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and mass spectrometry (MS) for the detection of [M-H]- ions of compounds of interest. The method was applied to the control of the most prevalent resin (dehydroabietic and abietic) and fatty (palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linolenic) acid levels in papermaking process waters. We present sequence data from two genomic regions of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) subjected to several experimental passage regimens. Maximum-likelihood estimates of the nonsynonymous-to-synonymous rate ratio parameter (dN/dS) suggested the action of positive selection on some antigenic sites of the FMDV capsid during some experimental passages. These antigenic sites showed an accumulation of convergent amino acid replacements during massive serial cytolytic passages and also in persistent infections of FMDV in cell culture. This accumulation was most significant at the antigenic site A (the G-H loop of capsid VP1), which includes an Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) cellular recognition motif. Our …

The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. These tendencies are clearly visible in the Regulations? provisions on choice of court agreements.
