Itsepalvelukassat asiakasnäkökulmasta: Vaikutus asiakaskokemuksen muodostumisessa

2014

Tutkielma selvittää aiempaan tutkimukseen perustuen itsepalvelukassojen ja asiakaskokemuksen suhdetta. Tavoitteena on hahmottaa, kuinka itsepalvelukassat vaikuttavat asiakaskokemuksen muodostumisessa. Lisäksi selvitetään edellytykset itsepalvelukassojen hyvän asiakaskokemuksen aikaansaamiseksi. Tutkimustarve perustuu nousevaan kiinnostukseen itsepalveluteknologioita kohtaan, kuten myös asiakaskokemuksen merkityksen kasvulle kaupanalan kilpailun kiristyessä ja asiakkaiden vaatimusten kasvaessa. Lisäksi tutkimus on aiemmin painottunut lähinnä itsepalvelukassojen teknisiin ja taloudellisiin edellytyksiin, sekä käytettävyyden tarkasteluun. Tutkielma yhdistelee näkökulman uutuuden vuoksi laajast…

Palvelurakennemuutoksen diskurssit: Erikoissanaston käyttö kaupunkiorganisaation suunnittelukokouksissa

2018

2012

Vanhusten pitkäaikaishoidosta ja vanhuspalveluista ylipäätään on käyty viime vuosina yhteiskunnallista keskustelua. Tämä eläinsosiologinen tutkimus esittelee eläinterapiaa ja eläimiä yhtenä mahdollisuutena edistää vanhusten hyvinvointia etenkin laitoksissa. Tapaustutkimukseni keskiössä on Jyväskylän Kuokkalassa sijaitseva Palvelutalo Vuoropari, jonka kolmannessa kerroksessa asuu pysyvästi maatiaiskissa Teppo. Tutkimuskysymyksiä ovat minkälaisia kissasta johtuvia vaikutuksia palvelutalon arjessa voidaan havaita, ja ovatko nämä vaikutukset asukkaille positiivisia. Aineisto koostuu neljästä Vuoroparin hoitajan haastattelusta sekä lyhyestä havainnointiosiosta. Tarkoituksena on ollut esitellä ki…

Stochastic fracture analysis of systems with moving material

2015

This paper considers the probability of fracture in a system in which a material travels supported by rollers. The moving material is subjected to longitudinal tension for which deterministic and stochastic models are studied. In the stochastic model, the tension is described by a multi-dimensional Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process. The material is assumed to have initial cracks perpendicular to the travelling direction, and a stochastic counting process describes the occurrence of cracks in the longitudinal direction of the material. The material is modelled as isotropic and elastic, and LEFM is applied. For a general counting process, when there is no fluctuation in tension, the reliability of t…

Development of fast analysis methods for extractives in papermaking process waters

2011

A fast analysis method with an online sample enrichment technique for the analysis of resin and fatty acids present in papermaking process waters was developed. This method was based on atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) and mass spectrometry (MS) for the detection of [M-H]- ions of compounds of interest. The method was applied to the control of the most prevalent resin (dehydroabietic and abietic) and fatty (palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linolenic) acid levels in papermaking process waters. Continuous data on these acids are of practical importance when predicting possible deposit-derived problems in the paper machine. The first part of the study was focused on the development…

Evidence for Positive Selection in the Capsid Protein-Coding Region of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus (FMDV) Subjected to Experimental Passage Regi…

2001

We present sequence data from two genomic regions of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) subjected to several experimental passage regimens. Maximum-likelihood estimates of the nonsynonymous-to-synonymous rate ratio parameter (dN/dS) suggested the action of positive selection on some antigenic sites of the FMDV capsid during some experimental passages. These antigenic sites showed an accumulation of convergent amino acid replacements during massive serial cytolytic passages and also in persistent infections of FMDV in cell culture. This accumulation was most significant at the antigenic site A (the G-H loop of capsid VP1), which includes an Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) cellular recognition motif. Our …

Reproducibility in Electroorganic Synthesis—Myths and Misunderstandings

2021

Abstract The use of electric current as a traceless activator and reagent is experiencing a renaissance. This sustainable synthetic method is evolving into a hot topic in contemporary organic chemistry. Since researchers with various scientific backgrounds are entering this interdisciplinary field, different parameters and methods are reported to describe the experiments. The variation in the reported parameters can lead to problems with the reproducibility of the reported electroorganic syntheses. As an example, parameters such as current density or electrode distance are in some cases more significant than often anticipated. This Minireview provides guidelines on reporting electrosyntheti…

USING THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) TO CONTROL THE IMPLEMENTATION AND EMERGENCE OF GREEN STRATEGIES.

2009

To respond to the ecological challenges of the new century and their Environmental and Social Responsability, more and more companies adopt the Environmental Management System (EMS). The objective of this thesis is to analyze how this management system is used in French companies for implement their ''intended" green strategies and to explore the new green strategies. To answer this problematic, we mobilized two theoretical frameworks during this research: the New Institutionalism in Organizational Analysis (DiMaggio and Powell, 1983, 1991 and Hasselbladh Kallinikos, 2000) and Levers of control model (Simons, 1995). Then, our research methodology is composed of three phases succeeding: an e…

Party autonomy regarding jurisdiction under the property regimes regulations

2021

The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. These tendencies are clearly visible in the Regulations? provisions on choice of court agreements. Namely, the Regulations allow for such agreements, but severely limit parties? choice and the possible effects of these clauses. When succession or separation proceedings are pending, it is often only possible to institute…
