Investigating the Future is an established practice for the academy and the world of crafts and industry. Tässä tutkimuksessa tutkittiin hyväksymis- ja omistautumisterapiaan perustuvan hyvinvointiohjelman Oivan älypuhelinsovelluksen tehokkuutta työkykyyn ja koettuun stressiin yksilöillä, jotka kärsivät metabolisenoireyhtymän oireista ja psykologisesta stressistä. Satunnaistetussa vertailukokeessa tutkittiin 8-viikon intervention avulla älypuhelimeen sovelletun ohjelman tehokkuutta tietoisuustaitojen (mindfulness) ja hyväksymis- ja arvopohjaisten harjoituksien pohjalta. Abstract The adoption in 2018 of the Escazú Agreement by the countries of the Latin American and Caribbean region marks the second regional legal instrument aimed at the implementation of Principle 10 of the 1992 Rio Declaration, joining the Aarhus Convention of the pan-European region. COVID-19 jako przesłanka wzmocnienia zrównoważonej mobilności

Pandemia COVID-19 spowodowała ogromne zmiany w funkcjonowaniu społeczeństw i gospodarek,w tym ograniczenia w korzystaniu z komunikacji publicznej. W efekcie zmalała liczba pasażerów i pomimo luzowania obostrzeń, trudno skłonić mieszkańców do powrotu do tej formy przemieszczania się. Dlatego istotne wydaje się zastanowienie się nad tym, w jaki sposób pandemia wpłynęła na wzorce zachowań komunikacyjnych, a przede wszystkim w jakim stopniu rozwiązania inteligentne mogą wspierać zrównoważoną mobilność po pandemii. W artykule dokonano przeglądu literatury z zakresu planowania transportu publicznego oraz zidentyfikowano narzędzia mobilności inteligentnej, które mogą skłonić do korzystania z niego.

Tiivistelmä Sillanpää, Kristiina. JAETTUA JOHTAJUUTTA JA ALAISTAITOJA. Kasvatustieteen pro gradu – työ. Jyväskylän yliopiston kasvatustieteiden laitos, 2010. 108 sivua. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, millaisia jaetun johtajuuden piirteitä ja alaistaitoja näyttäytyy päivähoidon henkilöstön käsityksissä. Tutkimuksessa haluttiin myös selvittää, miten alaistaidot näyttäytyvät suhteessa jaettuun johtajuuteen. Tutkimuksen kohdejoukko oli pirkanmaalaisen kunnan kaikkien päiväkotien henkilökunta.
