"Motiivit anto aivan uuden näkökulman" : kerronnallinen tutkimus Reiss motivaatioprofiilin merkityksestä työntekijöiden identiteettityön vahvistajana

Tämän laadullisen tutkimuksen tavoitteena on lisätä ymmärrystä työntekijöiden sisäisen motivaation merkityksestä työelämäkontekstissa. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on ymmärtää kuuden työntekijän kertomusten avulla niitä merkityksiä, joita he Reiss Motivaatioprofiilikokemukselleen antavat. Lisäksi tutkielmassa tarkastellaan, millaisena työntekijät kertovat identiteettiään ja mihin he sitä kerronnan prosessissa suhteuttavat. Kerronta-aineisto kerättiin kerronnallisen haastattelun avulla, ja sitä analysoitiin temaattisella, narratiivisella ja positioanalyysilla. The purpose of this research was to test novelty as a candidate basic psychological need according to the inclusion criteria established within basic psychological needs theory (BPNT). La presente tesis se centra en la promoción del buen envejecer en un grupo de mujeres mayores, fomentando la mejora en una serie de dimensiones psicológicas asociadas al envejecimiento óptimo. Específicamente dichas variables son la integridad, por ser el reto por excelencia al que se enfrentan las personas en la vejez según Erikson, la satisfacción vital, el propósito vital y el crecimiento personal— como factores representativos del bienestar psicológico— y la gratitud. Šajā darbā tiek apskatīta un aprakstīta starppriekšmetu saiknes definīcija un aktualitāte. Darbā tiek piedāvāti dažādi matemātikas mācību stundu piemēri, kas parāda citu mācību priekšmetu, piemēram, fizikas, ekonomikas, bioloģijas, informātikas elementus matemātikā. Darbā tiek izmantotas tādas pētniecības metodes, kā aptauja un pārbaudes darbs.
