ABSTRACTRecent methodological developments provide a way to incorporate the temporal dimension when accounting for spatial effects in hedonic pricing. Weight matrices should decompose the spatial effects into two distinct components: bidirectional contemporaneous spatial connections; and unidirectional spatio-temporal effects from past transactions. Our iterative estimation approach explicitly analyses the role of time in price determination. The results show that both spatio-temporal components should be included in model specification; past transaction information stops contributing to price determination after eight months; and limited temporal friction is exhibited within this period. Preparation and bio-ethanol analysis of sago (M. sago) starch from Papua have been carried out. The preparation of bioethanol was conducted by hydrolysis, fermentation, distillation and purification. The length of fermentation applied is 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 days. Bioethanol then was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analyses were boiling point and molecular weight determination. Quantitative analyses were determination of the volume of bioethanol content and the composition of bioethanol of every length of fermentation. Polymeric microcontainers improve oral bioavailability of furosemide.

Microcontainers with an inner diameter of 223 μm are fabricated using the polymer SU-8, and evaluated in vitro, in situ and in vivo for their application as an advanced oral drug delivery system for the poorly water soluble drug furosemide. An amorphous sodium salt of furosemide (ASSF) is filled into the microcontainers followed by applying a lid using Eudragit L100. It is possible to control the drug release in vitro, and in vitro absorption studies show that the microcontainers are not a hindrance for absorption of ASSF. Precise determination of stellar masses is necessary to test the validity of pre-main-sequence (PMS) stellar evolutionary models, whose predictions are in disagreement with measurements for masses below 1.2 M. To improve such a test, and based on our previous studies, we selected the AB Doradus moving group (AB Dor-MG) as the best-suited association on which to apply radio-based high-precision astrometric techniques to study binary systems. Effect of red wine soaking on the microbiological profile, total phenolic content and sensory aspects of an ovine pressed cheese

The aim of this study was to produce an ovine pressed cheese with high polyphenol content. To this purpose, fresh Primosale Pecorino cheese was soaked for seven days in Nero d’Avola wine (NDW) and was indicated as experimental cheese production (EP). The final cheese was characterized for its microbiological, chemical and sensory characteristics. Specifically, cheese making was performed with pasteurized ewes’ milk and a commercial starter culture. Control cheese production (CP) did not include the soaking phase in NDW. Abstract This paper presents an experimental characterization and comparison of the performances achieved by a Tubular Linear Induction Motor (TLIM) prototype with different typologies of primary winding connections. More in detail, three different configurations have been considered, analyzed and discussed: full-pitch star, 5/6 shortened pitch star and 5/6 shortened pitch double star.
