The article is a synthetic essay that exposes the main theoretical lines of the postmarxist approach of Laclau and Mouffe, on the one hand, and the autonomist post-operaism of Negri, Hardt, Virno, etc., on the other hand. These theories are conceived as attempts to rationalize current political bets by various political sectors and social movements. The paper uses a panel of more than 1m German firms over 2010-2016, to provide the first firm-bank level evidence of local crowding out for a developed economy characterized by low interest rates and fiscal austerity. Our mechanism relies on two structural features of Germany's banking landscape: the local segmentation of credit markets for small and medium-sized firms (SME) and the role of local public banks in local public finance. Koncepcja resilience nie jest jednorodna i w artykule zaprezentowano różnorodne podejścia badawcze do tego zjawiska. Najogólniej resilience oznacza proces pozytywnej adaptacji dzieci i młodzieży narażonych na duże ryzyko, przeciwności losu lub zdarzenia traumatyczne. Koncepcja resilien ce akcentuje znaczenie czynników ryzyka i mechanizmów chroniących przed nimi w wieku rozwojowym. Może stanowić podstawę do opracowania programów profilaktyki niedostosowania społecznego oraz w pracy resocjalizacyjnej z dziećmi i młodzieżą wykazującymi zaburzenia zachowania.

Tēma “Darbinieku ar invaliditāti tiesiskā aizsardzība Latvijas normatīvo aktu tvērumā” ir aktuāla, jo vēl aizvien invalīdu nodarbināšana un veiksmīga integrēšana darba tirgū ir problēma. Darbā autore, galvenokārt, analizējusi Darba likuma normas kopsakarā ar apskatītajiem šķēršļiem, kas kavē invalīdu nodarbināšanu. Pēc normu analīzes autore nonākusi pie secinājuma, ka galvenā problēma, kas kavē invalīdu veiksmīgu integrēšanu darba tirgū, ir sabiedrībā pastāvošie stereotipi, ka invalīdu nodarbināšana būs papildu slogs darba devējam. Pētījumā analizēta Latgales reģiona apdzīvojuma struktūra, nodarbinātību un darba svārstmigrāciju raksturojošie rādītāji. Darbā izmantotas Centrālās statistikas pārvaldes sagatavotās datnes par nodarbināto pārvietošanos 2011. un 2017. gadā, kas brīvi pieejamas Latvijas Atvērto datu portālā. In the evaluation of investment subsidies one of the critical issues concerns the assessment of deadweight, that is, the degree to which projects would have been carried out without grant assistance. With the increasing restrictions on and cuts in subsidies for investment projects in the EU countries maximisation of the impact of the public resources that remain can be achieved through their allocation for projects with minimum deadweight. This paper studies the profile of subsidised zero deadweight investment projects – projects that would be abandoned without public subsidies – in Finland. The main task of this paper is to confront two classical measures of default risk of the issuer, the rating and the spread. The first is attributed by agencies specialized in this activity (Standard and Poor's or Moody's) while the second results directly from the market price of the bond. This article studies this link over a period of two years for about forty French denominated bonds. Two measures of the spread are used and the results obtained show the very partial consideration of this information by the investors on the French bond market.
