The proportion of elderly people is growing faster than any other age group. Amongst them, the group of oldest old is indeed the segment of the elderly population with the fastest growth rate. A porre le basi della discussione è Leonardo Sciascia la cui polemica si appunta sul modo di leggere la storia della Sicilia per poi vedere avvicendarsi le voci di scrittori giornalisti intellettuali. La nuova disciplina del contratto di godimento in funzione della successiva alienazione immobiliare

L'art. 23 del d.l. 12-9-2014, n. 133, c.d. «Sblocca Italia», introduce la figura del rent to buy, con cui mediante un contratto di godimento si realizza un programma preparatorio a una successiva alienazione immobiliare. L'esame degli aspetti disciplinati - prima dell'entrata in vigore della legge di conversione - rivela a contrario l'ampio spazio riservato all'autonomia privata, che nonostante qualche criticità conferma l'appetibilità del nuovo modello contrattuale.
