Tutkin maisterintutkielmassani välityskeinoja ja multimodaalisuutta erään kuurojenkoulun 6–9-luokkalaisten viittomakielisten suomi toisena kielenä -oppitunneilla. Ensikieleltään viittomakielisille oppilaille suomen kieli on ensimmäinen kirjoitettu kieli, joten sen merkitys heidän elämässään on suuri, ja suomen kielen hallinta vaikuttaa moneen elämän osa-alueeseen. Tutkimuskysymyksissäni kysyn, mitä resursseja eli välityskeinoja suomi toisena kielenä -oppitunneilla on käytössä. Ambiente S.p.A.” - which owns and operates a transfer station and a multi-material centre - and “SERUSO S.p.A.”, whose single facility is set up and equipped for a high performance factory sorting of the dry fraction of the urban waste. Effect of temperature on anaerobic treatment of black water in UASB-septic tank systems

The effect of northern European seasonal temperature changes and low temperature on the performance of upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB)-septic tanks treating black water was studied. Three UASB-septic tanks were monitored with different operational parameters and at different temperatures. The results indicated the feasibility of the UASB-septic tank for (pre)treatment of black water at low temperatures with respect to removal of suspended solids and dissolved organic material. Inoculum sludge had little effect on COD(ss) removal, though in the start-up phase some poorly adapted inoculum disintegrated and washed out, thus requiring consideration when designing the process. Low-level clouds are key components of the climate but are not well represented in weather and climate models. Recently it has been shown that an extensive low-level cloud cover develops during the June-September main dry season in western equatorial Africa, from the coastal plains of Gabon and Congo-Brazzaville to the inland plateaus downstream of the low-mountain crests. Such a cloudy main dry season is unique in the moist Tropics and is likely to explain the presence of the densest and evergreen forests of Central Africa as evapotranspiration is low and the quality of light is high. In this paper we propose a new mobility model that uses sea transports for systematic and occasional users, tourists, etc.., which must reach the airports of Palermo and Trapani. In particular fast ferries, even with their operational limitations, can be used for quick links designed for the mobility demand that interests the airports of Western Sicily.
