Analysing the Management of Human Resource in Economic-Financial Fraud Investigation

Abstract The paper addresses certain aspects related to the management of human resources within the operational structures specialized in economic-financial fraud investigation. You can also find discussed and presented the diagnostic analysis of the activities undertaken by the operative works through the SWOT analysis, the analysis of training level and the directions to make more efficient their work.

Maģistra darba tēma ir SIA Assistants to Business saimnieciskās darbības analīze. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izpētot saimnieciskās darbības analīzes teorētiskos aspektus, veikt uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīzi un, pamatojoties uz analīzes rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa - teorētisks saimnieciskās darbības analīzes raksturojums, otrā - uzņēmuma vispārējs raksturojums, bet trešajā nodaļā veikta uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīze. Darba apjoms ir 86 lpp., kurās ietvertas 18 tabulas, 25 attēli, 13 pielikumi.

Eliminating industrially produced trans-fatty acids (TFAs) from the food supply is one of the World Health Organization's (WHO's) priority targets to control and prevent non-communicable diseases. This review paper describes the strategies used to reduce TFA consumption in Thailand based on a situation analysis consisting of an assessment of TFA content in the national food supply, its intake, and stakeholder-based analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). Cane (Calamus spp), also known as rattan, is an important non-timber forest product used extensively all over Bangladesh as a raw material for making furniture, handi-craft and other household articles. The study has attempted to generate information on existing state of cane based family business, identify problems, and recommend solu-tions.
