An approach based on solid-phase microextraction-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-LC-MS) has been developed for determining 12 insecticides (bromophos ethyl, chlorpyrifos methyl, chlorpyrifos ethyl, diazinon, fenoxycarb, fonofos, phenthoate, phosalone, pirimiphos methyl, profenofos, pyrazophos, and temephos) in honey. The influence of several parameters on the efficiency of the SPME was systematically investigated. ABSTRACT A total of 301 strains of fluorescent pseudomonads previously characterized by conventional phenotypic and/or genomic taxonomic methods were analyzed through siderotyping, i.e., by the isoelectrophoretic characterization of their main siderophores and pyoverdines and determination of the pyoverdine-mediated iron uptake specificity of the strains. Tässä tutkielmassa käsitellään kuntaliitosten luonteen muutosta kuntien toimintaympäristön muutoksissa 1990–2000-luvuilla. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on kuvata tutkimuksen tapauskuntaliitosten eroja ja yhtäläisyyksiä sekä pyrkiä selittämään niitä kuntien toimintaympäristössä tapahtuneilla muutoksilla. Kunnat ovat kohdanneet tutkittavalla aikavälillä voimakkaita taloudellisia suhteita koskevia muutoksia, muuttoliikkeen voimistumisen, kansainvälistymisen ja Euroopan integraation kehityksen sekä laajojen julkishallintoa koskevien uudistusprosessien vaikutuksia.
