Darba mērķis: Jaunas sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību dibināšana, kas darbojas skaistumkopšanas pakalpojumu nozarē. Maģistra darbs sastāv no septiņām nodaļām. Katra nodaļa ietver sevī svarīgu informāciju par jaunā uzņēmuma dibināšanas iespējamību un nepieciešamību. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, interneta resursiem, normatīvajiem aktiem. Darbā izmantotas šādas pētījuma metodes: 1.SVID analīze; 2.Statistiskā analīze; 3.Salīdzināšanas metode; 4.Monogrāfiska metode; 5.Grafiskās analīze. Las pinturas alegórico-mitológicas del palacio Palmerola de Barcelona y su relación con Cesare Ripa

ABSTRACT: This study unveils the meaning of the allegorical-mythological murals, shaped like false sculptures, which frame the scenes of a historical-familial nature decorating the salon of the Palmerola Palace in Barcelona. They were painted at the end of the XVIIIth century by Pedro Pablo Montaña, whose primary literary source was the Iconologyby Cesare Ripa. Based on this text, the painter builds the visual language, whose fidelity to the source is a paradigmatic example of utilization of this source. My research also results in the correction of previous misinterpretations, thus offering a richer and more comprehensive view of the pictorial ensemble.

ABSTRACT: The first Marquis of Palmerola, Francesc Xavier Despujol, remodelled his family residence in 1784, which included a large hall decorated with a pictorial program painted by Pere Pau Montana. These historical paintings depicted episodes of war and peace, related to the family history of the owners, in order to show the importance and roots of their lineage, highlighting their illustrious role in their country’s history and commerce. In the 17th century Paris, salons, held bywomen, modeled and refi ned norms of behavior. These regular gatherings of famous people connected with culture included discussions about various subjects whose order was to refi ne the participants’ taste through subtle and exquisite conversation forms. These made women become not only privileged interlocutors but also literary critics who evaluated as well the creators as their works. Those feminine literary judgments were generally considered as positive because of the very natural character of women’s expression. However, those who criticized this activity accused women with lack of solid education that is necessary to judge any literary work.
Acid Rearrangment of Epoxy-germacranolides and Absolute Configuration of 1β,10α-Epoxy-salonitenolide

The acid-catalyzed cyclization of mono epoxides of cnicin acetonide (3) was investigated. Several 6,12-eudesmanolides were obtained, and their stereochemistry established by extensive spectroscopic analyses. Chemical correlations also led to the assignment of the absolute configuration of 1β,10α-epoxy-salonitenolide (13), a previously isolated natural product. The cytotoxic activities of some compounds were determined against A549 and MCF-7 tumor cell lines. The esterified germacranolides 2–6 were selectively cytotoxic against the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line.
