Sátira y política en el primer republicanismo: los tres juicios de Juan Martínez Villergas (1840-1854)

El texto analiza la importancia que tuvo el uso literario de la sátira para la cultura política del primer republicanismo español a través de la figura de Juan Martínez Villergas (1817-1894), el más conocido autor satírico de la España de las décadas centrales del siglo XIX. Se señalan el sentido y la utilidad de este género literario para esta cultura política. Asimismo, se apunta a cómo la confluencia entre la actividad política y la literaria configuraron un determinado modelo de poeta revolucionario y una forma de entender la literatura que empezó a ser cuestionada y arrinconada en la España posrevolucionaria, bajo la hegemonía cultural del liberalismo respetable.

In this article, starting with the exemplary case of Charlie Hebdo, we discuss the way in which the theme of laughter is intertwined with that of freedom of expression. More precisely, we try to answer the following questions: how can the comic framework modify the space of freedom of expression? Can everything be said within this kind of framework? Can laughter be both an antidote and an enhancer of verbal violence?

Magistra darbs veltīts rakstnieka-emigrantam un krievu literatūrai pirmskara trimdinieka Klopotovska V.V. (Lerī) satīrā izpētei. Par materiālu ir izvēlēti Klopotovska satīriskie raksti avīzē “Сегодня” un tās vakara pielikumā “Сегодня Вечером” par laika posmu no 1920. līdz 1929. gadam. Darbs dalās divās daļās: pirmajā tiek izklāstītas vispārējā teorētiskā informācija par komiskā dabu un komisko literatūrā, vispārējās ziņas par krievu trimdinieku attēlojumu literatūrā kā arī kopējo informāciju par Klopotovski. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēti krievu trimdinieku rakstnieku attēlojumi Klopotovska satīrā avīzē “Сегодня” un tās vakara pielikumā “Сегодня Вечером” par laika posmu no 1920. līdz 1929. gada…
