Working Adults' Intentions to Participate in Microlearning: Assessing for Measurement Invariance and Structural Invariance.

The current study set out to understand the factors that explain working adults' microlearning usage intentions using the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behaviour (DTPB). Specifically, the authors were interested in differences, if any, in the factors that explained microlearning acceptance across gender, age and proficiency in technology. 628 working adults gave their responses to a 46-item, self-rated, 5-point Likert scale developed to measure 12 constructs of the DTPB model. $PT$-symmetric graphene under a magnetic field

We propose a $PT$-symmetrically deformed version of the graphene tight-binding model under a magnetic field. We analyze the structure of the spectra and the eigenvectors of the Hamiltonians around the $K$ and $K'$ points, both in the $PT$-symmetric and $PT$-broken regions. In particular we show that the presence of the deformation parameter $V$ produces several interesting consequences, including the asymmetry of the zero-energy states of the Hamiltonians and the breakdown of the completeness of the eigenvector sets. We also discuss the biorthogonality of the eigenvectors, which {turns out to be} different in the $PT$-symmetric and $PT$-broken regions.

An ongoing debate regarding the perception of pitch and time is whether information on the two dimensions is processed independently or interactively. To study this, we tested whether listeners prefer sequences in which tonally stable tones coincide with rhythmically stable tones. Our study builds on a noted isomorphism between pitch intervals in the diatonic scale and tone durations in the standard rhythm originating in Ghana. Dopo essersi soffermato sul contesto storico e sulle prime tappe dell’evoluzione vissuta dalla comunità politica spagnola nell’ultimo trentennio del XX secolo, l'autore traccia le linee del sistema vigente di disciplina delle relazioni finanziarie tra le varie amministrazioni pubbliche spagnole, così come si è ritrovato a essere strutturato sulla base del modello approvato nel 2001, in seguito alle modifiche che vi sono state apportate nel 2009. Infine sono esposti tre esempi paradigmatici di elementi critici che rappresentano le disfunzioni del sistema, derivanti dalle incoerenze insite nella sua architettura.
