Job insecurity is recognized as one of the most prominent job stressors for employees. Despite decades of research, the concurrent examination of both quantitative (i.e. perceived threat of job loss) and qualitative (i.e., perceived threat of losing some job features) job insecurity and the analysis of their different relationships with well-being at work have received relatively scarce attention. This study examined a moderated mediation model of the relationship between quantitative job insecurity and well-being at work. Tiivistelmä – Abstract Tässä laadullisessa tutkimuksessa on ollut tarkoitus selvittää millaisena kokemuksena oppilaat ottavat prosessidraaman vastaan, kun sitä käytetään opetuksessa historian ja äidinkielen aineissa. Prosessidraamat on tehty koulu projektissa nimeltä :Draaman kuuma rooli, jossa oli kolme prosessidraama työpajaa: Seitsemän veljestä, Elisabet I ja Marco Polo. Seitsemän veljestä edusti äidinkieltä ja Elisabet I sekä Marco Polo historian oppiaineista tehtyjä prosessidraamoja. AbstractConservation of the endangered freshwater pearl mussel (FPM) includes artificially rearing juveniles, but the pulsed flow-through (PFT) method, enabling the continuous renewal of water and food in culture containers, has not been applied to FPM. This study tested the PFT method in culture of FPM juveniles, and the effect of water source (tap vs well water) and food concentration (mixture of commercial phytoplankton products) on the survival and growth of juveniles. Beaker-specific survival rates varied from 0 to 100% (mean: 34%) and from 0 to 58% (mean: 16%) in the 1st (2-week) and 2nd (10-week) experiment, respectively. Recent studies have shown that the politics of self–presentation was a contentious issue among feminists. This article, which is based primarily on oral histories, addresses how Finnish second– wave feminists viewed the meanings of dress and appearance for their identity. The focus is on those who believed that feminist ideology liberated them to embrace their femininity and argues that Finnish feminist views about dress liberated women from the orthodox Marxist, pro–Russian Soviet political ideology of the Taistoist movement that was popular among young people in the 1970s, yet also from traditional, conservative female education at home and in school. peerReviewed

Pro gradu -tutkielmani aihe on menneisyyden representoiminen museotoiminnassa. Esimerkkinä museaalisesta representaatiosta tarkastelen Keski-Suomen museon käsityöläiskotimuseota (1956) ja niihin rakennettua näyttelyä 1950- ja 60-luvuilla. Käytän sanoja representoida ja esittää samassa merkityksessä. Tutkimusongelmani pääkysymys kuuluu: millainen näyttely Keski-Suomen museon käsityöläiskotimuseoon rakennettiin ensimmäisen siirron jälkeen ja mitä käsityöläiskotimuseon näyttely esitti?
